Rimmel Boho Nude Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick is one of the shades from the Rimmel 15 Years of Iconic Kate Moss Lipsticks Collection. I have to admit I’m really loving some of the shades! They have already proved very wearable for me plus I have a soft spot in my heart for the pretty rose gold packaging.
Let’s take a look at Boho Nude below!
Rimmel Boho Nude Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick is one of several shades that appear and are marked as “Kate’s Favorite Nudes” in the Iconic Kate Moss Lipstick display. I’m a little unsure if this is a limited edition shade. I’m also unsure if Boho Nude has every launched before. I mean it is her favorite shade so, one would assume it has been available at some point before but that doesn’t appear the case! This comes in special edition pink gold metallic packaging with Kate’s signature decorating the top in red. I’ve always been a big fan of Rimmel’s metallic purple barrels myself and the rose gold is just as pretty if not prettier.
It’s weird because I’ve never been a major fan of Lasting Finish Lipstick but suddenly I got these nudes and the formula is growing on me. This formula is fairly creamy with a balmy-like texture that’s very lightly hydrating. The nudes in this collection seem to have a better consistency and moisturizing formula compared to the regular line of Lasting Finish Lipsticks which I find somewhat drying. As with many of the shades from the line color does seem to have a knack for falling into my natural lip line so, I tend to prime my lips prior to application. One of the biggest downfalls of this formula is the fact it has a strong play-doh vanilla-like taste that lingers.
Honestly, I love the shades so much I’m willing to cope with these issues. Boho Nude is a dark caramel beige nude. It has enough warmth to it that I don’t feel like a zombie when I’m wearing it!
Meh, they don’t have the best formula in the world but a little gloss helps a lot and the shade selection is kind of rocking my world. Rimmel Boho Nude Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick is worth exploring for yourself.
