For me, Bad Behavior is a little more Fall versus Holiday as it isn’t your traditional Holiday Red Lipstick that’s for sure and the vampy brown based burgundy gives off a more autumn vibe. But don’t let that prevent you from indulging because this shades pops!
Marc Jacobs Beauty Bad Behavior Le Marc Lip Creme is a shade I would likely pass by and not pick up for myself as it is a bit too bold and vampy for this girl. But I’m glad I got the chance to try it because it ended up looking pretty darn fabulous on my lips.
This comes housed in limited-edition brassy gold packaging and is available exclusively at Sephora. I’ve always been a fond fan of the Le Marc Lip Creme Lipstick formula since trying it when it first releases. Typically the formula is incredibly creamy, pigmented, and long wearing. Bad Behavior is all of these things but application can be a little challenging for such a bold, rich, pigmented shades. I kept having issues with the shade migrating on my upper lip line as I applied. This is no problem with the formula, it’s just the shade is very bold and it travels a fair bit during the application. It applies beautifully with a smooth, even finish and excellent pigmentation on a single swipe. The color will last for a good six to seven hours without fading and thankfully the migration issue I experience is limited to application but not wear. Sensitive users, it does have a vanilla-ish flavor and fragrance but it seems to disappear quickly once applied.
I’d never pick a shade like this for myself but it sure did teach me that I can wear bold, beautiful colors like this without any effort at all! A little dark, sultry eyeshadow and I’m good to go.
Don’t miss out on this gorgeous color.
I’m Muse Approving it!
