Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate is now available! Everyone throw their hands in the air and run around in circles! I’m so excited! I’ve been reading about this across Asian blogs and I thought we’d see it perhaps late Summer or for Fall 2017 but much to my delight it popped up on Sephora.com today just in time for the Rouge Sale!

Yaasssss!

Take a peek!

Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate ($39) is a new water-gel with a super light texture that can be used before moisturizer to smooth, soften, and plump skin. Apparently, it provides p to 24 hours of hydration as well as retains moisture for equally as long. Not to mention sensitive users will be happy to hear it’s free of oil and fragrance.

They don’t say as much but this seems very much to be an essence-like product that will add moisture to skin and prep it for moisturizer so your moisturizer will absorb more easily and your face will be smoother, softer, and much more hydrated.

Sounds good right?

Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate is available now at sephora.com, macys.com, and nordstrom.com.
I’m looking forward to checking it out!

P.S. Happy Tuesday! How was your Easter? I hope it was beautiful! Mine was very nice but so quick! I can’t believe Fall flew by, the Holidays are over, and here we are headed into Summer. How did that happen? Where did all that time go? I’m yearning for Fall right now….! I’m so not a Spring/Summer person! I prefer the cooler, brisker weathers and the fact it gets darker faster. There’s something much nicer and cozier about going home at 5 PM and it’s already dark out!

None the less, warm weather is here! So, time to rotate our skincare and makeup collections not to mention our clothes!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m with you, Muse. Summer in NYC is just not fun. Two days of warm(er) weather and I’m ready for Fall again! I prefer Fall and holiday makeup!

    • Isabella Muse

ugh I hate it. It’s just swampy and humid and yuk! Even outside the city sucks! I just hate the sun and run from it like a vampire 😀 Hurry Fall, hurry!

      • Deb

I’m with you Muse! I’m girding my loins for summer here in Phoenix. I’m sure it will be pleasant

    • Isabella Muse

oh god no offense but I could not live in Florida year round. I’d die. haha!

    • Robin

Amen! I’m in NC and once the humidity starts to rise, It separates the strong from the weak. Lol spring and fall last about 5 weeks. It’s already been in the 80’s and my ac has been on since last week.

  • Dee

I’m so with you! Just starting to rotate my closet and put the sweaters away and I don’t like it. I love that first “crisp” fall morning, and then of course all the holiday collections come out!

  • Adrienne

OMG Kitty “don’t stop, get it, get it”. I am interested in trying that one too. Already my skin is acting up and we have only had a few days of sunshine here. Time to switch up my routine again.

  • Sarah

Picked this up during the Macy’s GWP and I love it.

It comes out as a thin, light gel (think the moisture surge gel-cream as a straight up gel that’s been diluted)but when you pat/rub it in the texture turns into a slightly thinner version of the turnaround revitalizing lotion’s texture. Sinks in and doesn’t leave my combo skin greasy in my t zone.

Ugh,it’s been humid and fairly warm here in Texas since February.Granted our weather will go though all four seasons in a week and we’re in tornado season so extra fun.

    • Isabella Muse

yes! sounds great thanks for sharing Sarah 😀 Hot I can take but I simply hate the humidity 🙁

  • Claudia

I’m in Dallas TX. The a/c was only off for a week in January. :/ I can’t wait for the summer heat… said no one ever living in Texas. Earlier today I found myself wishing it was fall but then I changed my mind when I saw my lemon trees in bloom. Easter was nice except all the snakes coming out. Ugh I hate snakes, even looking at them gives me the willies.

    • Isabella Muse

ew no! don’t you get a lot of snakes!? I’d freak out! Easter made me like Spring for a brief second lol! It was a really lovely day! But I went back to wanting Fall the next day 😀

  • Jes

Darn you Muse! I thought I was going to get through the sale with only one purchase! Haha. Silly me.

You know, this is the first Clinique item I may buy since I was 20. I really hated their 3 step skincare, so I wrote them off. I guess times change!

    • Isabella Muse

hahaha sorryyyyyyyyy! I purchased it, count me curious 😀 I’ll let you know what I think! By the way Jess, I owe you some replies! I know I didn’t reply to all your comments from like two weeks ago, I’ve been a little bit swamped, Forgive me 🙂

      • Jes

Awesome. I’ll wait to read what you think of it. I’m trying very hard (and frankly not doing all that well) to save extra cash to splurge on beauty stuff during my trip next month. So hard to do this time of year, what with all of the pretty S/S lines coming out.

No worries on the delay! I know life gets crazy.

        • Isabella Muse

Jes, where you headed? 🙂 You can do it, stay strong! ugh, been so nuts lately! thanks for understanding xo!

          • Jes

I’m going to Japan and S Korea. I’ve started my list, and it gets longer every day. $$$$$$

          • Isabella Muse

omg have fun! I shipped stuff back home when I visited Japan. Literally had to haul ass to the post office, box stuff up, and ship it lol! Good luck! You might need an extra luggage of eight 😀

          • Jes

Seriously. I’m thinking of using the shipping services in Japan since it is the first leg of the trip. I’ll ping you in a couple of weeks to see if you have any item recs – if you have time that is!

          • Isabella Muse

Do it, you won’t regret it. At least you know nothing will break in your luggage, etc…there are some helpful articles online about Japanese post offices! 😀 Yeah go ahead, would be my pleasure!

  • Brandy

I’ve been using the Moisture Surge Overnight Mask as my moisturizer (my skin is super dry), and it moisturizes really well with no breakouts or weird reactions. I would be interested in trying this since the Cerave gel oil caused a bunch of blemishes.

  • Suzy

    Hey Muse!
I always wanted to ask you, what are your favourite essences?
I am currently on a love/hate relationship with SK2, it makes my skin feel and look great but I can’t get passed the smell and how expensive it is.
I tried May Coop but even though it smelled nice it was so strong smelling and it didn’t improved my skin and I would get oily with it overtime.
I am very torn about getting another bottle of SK2 during the Sephora sale or trying the Micro essence from Estee Lauder, or getting something else…
This one from Clinique does look appealing, I love that it is fragrance free, it will probably be great for me during summer in place of a moisturizer or in the winter before a moisturizing, but it doesn’t really appeal as a spring product for me. I find it very annoying that when I finally survived the Canada harsh winter, they come up with this new hydrating products… lol It would be a perfect purchase in November.
