Kat Von D Everlasting Glimmer Veil Launches

Kat Von D Everlasting Glimmer Veil ($22) is a new liquid lipstick that has a the same great wear and feel of the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick formula but now features a multidimensional liquid-crystal finish.

Kat Von D Everlasting Glimmer Veil arrives in nine permanent shades that will launch at Sephora.com come August 22nd just in time for the Fall 2017 season but for now you can experience the new formula with this early preview on Kat’s website.

This formula apparently has a lightweight texture and although shimmery it isn’t gritty in formula. It has what the brand calls a gel cushion comfort formula and glimmer crystals that are coated in gel which give a smooth, easy glide across lips. It contains iridescent micro-pearls and reflective mirror-crystals that provide 3 layers of 3D dimension that has a light-reflective finish which give lips a foiled look. The colors have a shade-shifting effect once applied.

      I think it’s the same long wear as the original everlasting formula but just in a glimmer formula but don’t quote me 😀
