Kate Spade Truly Collection Coffret for Holiday 2017

Remember the fragrance ban I put us on? It’s lifted so we can haul this Kate Spade Truly Collection Coffret. Well, really, it’s lifted in general because if you’re going to buy fragrance the best time to do so is either around Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Why? Because there are plenty of gift sets available at this time and most fragrances are slightly discounted and come with plenty of extras like full-size body lotions and shower gels not to mention beautiful packaging.

Recently, Kate Spade launched a collection of four new fragrances that I haven’t had a chance to check out yet. Kate Spade is one of the few fragrance lines I won’t blind buy because 99% of her fragrances I’m not a big fan of. Don’t get me wrong, some are lovely but most of them I’m not really all that into.

This $30 set is appealing as it includes all four of the Truly Fragrances in 0.25 oz so you can get a feel for them all without indulging in the fuller-sizes first. Plus if your store hasn’t gotten them yet you $30 isn’t too much to splurge on a blind buy fragrance coffret.

The set includes:

  • TRULYdazzling (ocean salt and watery fruit)
  • TRULYgracious (fresh bamboo, warm sun, cool breeze, and woodsy notes)
  • TRULYjoyful (crystallized ginger warm, spicy dessert)
  • TRULYdaring (soft, delicate peony notes)

I’m most intrigued by TRULYJoyful which sounds like a great gourmand.

Kate Spade Truly Collection Coffret for Holiday 2017 is $30 and available now at ulta.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Wait, was I on a fragrance BAN?!?…ha ha!!! Getting this, thanks for showing! Also, off topic but on fragrance, may I recommend 2 that I just bought online from TJ Maxx (btw, did NOT know that they had a full website to buy things from!) Italian brand: Erbario Toscano 1) Sugar Spicy and 2) Noble Flowers…both only $19.99 each. :0) xoxo

    • Isabella Muse

wait what….tell me more about these $19.99 creations!? Forget the ban! I need details on Sugar Spicy lol!

      • JULIE Fielding

Okay, so I’m not totally sure, since neither are officially in the Fragrantica database, BUT after I researched a little I think that it is a more modern repackage of Vaniglia Piccante Erbario Toscano. Not as gourmand as it sounds…sultry, lays kind of low and delicious, but not Universal Voodoo kind if delicious, if you know what I mean. Kind of hoped it would smell like a Christmas spice candle, but it is more of a fine perfume blend…I am rambling, (just did an hour guided meditation, and I might still be under the influence)! For a 3.3 oz for the price, I would snag it online. The Noble Flowers I believe to be the same situation and would be Violetta Nobile…

i just blinded purchased it noble flowers, and wild musk (couldn’t find much on wild musk hope it is unisex?). I also got the AP Aphrodisiaque, couldn’t believe they had that! Thanks for spending my money lol! Yeah, it appears the packaging is different from their square, rounded edge bottles but hey $20 bucks can’t beat it. If it turns into a scrubber I can just donate!

          • JULIE Fielding

whoa, AP for $34.99…thanks for spending my money, too! Wild Musk has been sold out for days, but seems like a couple came back into stock. Love you madly!!!

          • Isabella Muse

haha! I am a slut for AP anything. I had to grab that as I haven’t seen that around anywhere else! hehehe ;-D Happy hauling!

  • JULIE Fielding

Wild Musk was sold out after I tried to check out…I’ll put my $20 toward to Kate Spade. Thanks again for ALL!

    • Isabella Muse

haha maybe I got the last one!? ;-D I’ll update you, maybe it smells awful!

OKKK…the ban has been lifted! Been a while since I’ve bought a new scent anway. I’d been trolling Marc Jacobs’s Daisy for over a year, but I held back ’cause of his controversial remarks after NYFW. Yes, I can seem petty. Headed to my local Ulta tomorrow to check out the Kate Spade…because I’m loving those scent names…and since TJ Maxx is two doors down, I will see if they have Noble Flowers and Wild Musk. Sometimes stores will get onesies.

    • Isabella Muse

controversy aside, if you do want to try Daisy I wildly suggest fragrance net, tj maxx, or marshalls. It is ALWAYS on sale around those areas so don’t pay full price 😀 Let me know if you’re lucky on Noble Flowers and Wild Musk 😀
