My skin is pretty dull so I’m always looking for various ways to keep it bright eyed and bushy tailed. A lilac base or primer is always a great way to get your skin looking whiter, fresher, and brighter however it also can be easily over done. The Asian market embraces lilac in alot of various base products to brighten and whiten skin however you don’t see a ton of them here in the US.
I was quite interested to see the Fusion Beauty Prime Results Primers which contained a lilac, brightening primer that had me excited to give it a whirl. The collection also features three other primers to combat acne, redness, and an anti-wrinkle formula as well. I got the chance to try out the Brightening Primer which interested me the most.
Let’s check it out!

The hills are alive with the smell of Caudalie Vine Body Butter! Awwww breath deep, Namaste bitches ha had to steal Naomi’s line from 90210 for this one.
I got some Caudalie Vine Body Butter in the mail last week but just recently ripped into the box yesterday and I was in heaven. It was the perfect, relaxing experience after a super stressful day. This moisturizer is so incredibly aromatic! It gives off such a wonderfully soothing, relaxing scent, never mind about what it does for my dry skin!
Walgreens has the new Milani Baked Eyeshadow Marble and Metallic Collection stashed into the general catalog display. I was under the impression they might be LE when I first indulged in December (sorry, I haven’t had a chance to review them or swatch but I’ll get to it soon!) but I’m happy to see they are here to stay. They remind me of French macaroons sitting there on the shelf like that!
