MAC Viva Glam 25 Lipstick is Available and I Have Hopes It’s Like Revlon Super Lustrous Love Is On Lipstick

I’ve never in my life have I used a red lipstick completely but I am down to the little nibble of Revlon Super Lustrous Love Is On Lipstick (as seen on my lips below)! It really is a stunning shade! I’ll be purchasing another shortly but I am quite curious how similar it is to MAC Viva Glam 25 Lipstick which I just purchased and I’m eagerly awaiting to arrive.

Viva Glam celebrates 25 years this year and they are doing up things all glittery and brilliant for their latest launch. Wrapped in glittery ruby barrel this brownish, blue-red hue is matte in finish and intensely pigmented. I do so wish it was a glittery ruby red shade though! Anyone else with me on that?

    It’s a little bright for me but very pretty. I’m still angry that they ditched my favorite, Viva Glam IV.

    I still have my original Viva Glam 1 from when it first came out. (Yes, I was alive and using MAC when Viva Glam started LOL.) That’s what this is supposed to be. It was my first red! (I haven’t changed my favorite lipstick color since haha!)

    WHY on earth would you pair a hot pink blush with a bright red lip??? Seriously, how does anyone actually follow or read your blog?! You have the worst makeup talent and looks. Stop. Just..stop.

      Because that’s how I like to wear it. There’s absolutely no law that I know of which says I can’t pair up a red lip with a pink blush. I haven’t been arrested yet so I think it’s legal ;-D True, I do not have great application skills and have readily admitted that in many posts however, I enjoy makeup and I won’t be stopping anytime soon! All I can say is the Internet is a big, big place and I’m sure you’ll find a blog that does better makeup looks than I do and that might be a better place for you to hang out and visit. If you’d like to leave a comment again I’d ask you not be negative. I’m a nice person that treats people on the internet and in life respectively. I do not visit their homes or blogs and tell them how they should or shouldn’t be wearing makeup and how they should “JUST STOP!”. I expect the same courtesy from you. Human to human, sister to sister, female to female. We need to lift each other up not proceed to rip each other down. It’s rather sad you’re using your precious time ripping people down. I hope in the future you’ll consider lifting someone up especially other females because we should stick together! Hopefully you’ll stop by again and it’ll be in a more positive situation and perhaps we’ll even become friends. Try to have a good, beautiful, and blessed day and remember life is way too short to spew crappy comments on the Internet! Use your time more wisely and positively!
