Marc Jacobs Beauty Twinkle Pop Eye Stick Review & Swatches
Marc Jacobs Beauty Twinkle Pop Eye Stick ($28) are a new permanent creamy eyeshadow pencil that launches with the Marc Jacobs Beauty Fall 2014 Collection recently in nine shades.
These are a shimmering highly reflective shadow with a chrome-like finish that give your eyes a flash of jewel colored shadow. Apparently, they are infused with pure alpine snow water from the Swiss Alps to hydrate lids with a soothing sensation.
Take a peek!
Marc Jacobs Beauty Twinkle Pop Eye Stick are as cute as the new Marc Jacobs Kiss Pop Lip Color as they come housed in a pencil shaped mirrored barrel with a tip that features the color of the pencil inside. They are on the chubby side and feature a twist up design with a slight slant to the shadow tip which fits the contour of lids beautifully. I will rant slightly about the mirrored packaging! Elegant yes but boy does it attract finger prints! Eep!
These feel amazing going on. They are a traditional creamy texture as they are lighter, smoother, slicker with a cool, water-like feel as they touch skin. The color blends really easily and has a beautiful pigment with a quick to set formula that really locks on without creasing of smearing on my drier eye for a full day’s wear. They aren’t really shimmery but have more of a metallic finish in my opinion.
