    Double check your dashboard before you do anything!! I ostensibly activated it from the email they sent; and guess what isn’t in my dashboard? Over on another site, apparently there are a scad of people with the same problem! And – had to reset my password *again* for literally about the 6th time this year. I will say this for Sephora – their website kicks ulta’s to the curb in terms of useability and offers being available when they’re supposed to be. At least that’s my experience. And they need to fire the semi trained baboons that do their packing. I have yet to have more than a single sheet of slightly crumpled paper be the “packing” in a box I got from Ulta. I hate shopping online with Ulta – I just hate it. I’ll go instore and have a wonderful experience, but online ulta stinks.

    Ah, nothing like a crabby Monday, right? 🙂

      I hear ya and agree on all of it! Ulta’s really crappy in terms of website design, Customer Service, and just packaging (they do deliver fast but the packing is awful)! Thanks for the heads up!

    I just got chewed by the bad packing bug. (Actually the delivery, methinks, bec torn reinforced tape) OTT scented bath salts open and everywhere. Since I have major reactions to you name it on my face, I took the whole fookin thing back. Lost the 20, oh well. Eye cream soaked in water mint. No thank you. Prior to that, zero probs. Fair amount of underprotected boxes, but arrived functional. Volition! Lots of good & new stuff, but aimed at the points people,obvi.). I think, just like SAs, some are better than others.
