I May Need An Intervention To Prevent Me From Buying an Eyelash Curler Warmer

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Ok, I admit, I may need someone to tell me NOT to buy the Godefroy PermaCurl Eyelash Curler Warming Kit on target.com for $19.99. I can’t promise you that I’ll listen but I’ll do my best because right now I really, really, really feel like I need this.

I’ve actually never warmed up my lash curler before but I heard the results are pretty awesome. Apparently, a little bit of heat will better shape your lashes for longer-lasting curled lashes. Most people run their lash curler under hot water to heat it up or use a hair dryer for 10-20 seconds. I’ve personally never tried either. It does, however, make me think back to watching my sister back in the day warming up her Maybelline Eyeliner with a lighter to melt it down!

Godefroy PermaCurl Eyelash Curler Warming Station includes a lash curler and a little warming station that can be plugged into a USB port to warm your curler. It’s supposed to fit most standard metal eyelash curlers which is a plus as I doubt I’ll like the curler that comes with it as I’m a Shu snob when it comes to lash curlers!

The unit acts to safely and gently warm up your eyelash curler before curling your lashes to create extra lash lift and long-lasting curl. They promise the heat up time is ultra fast.

I think I need it…….!

I had a heated eyelash curler years ago but wasn’t crazy about it. You could try using your hair dryer for a few seconds and see if that works. Take care!

You just need a good primer and a gentle curler along with a mascara that will hold the curl.
    1. Jane Iredale Primer – holds mega curl – one coat
    2. L’oreal Voluminous Primer – adds volume – one coat
    3. Gentle curler. The most gentle, yet effective I’ve owned is an inexpensive black one with bright pink pad purchased on Amazon. Allow primers to dry throughly and curl very carefully. Make sure the curler is very clean so lashes are stuck or grabbed.
    4. Apply mascara. Thrive is the bomb ending to this combo. My lashes look sooooo good when I go through the trouble. And because of the gentle curler with careful technique, am not loosing lashes at all.

My comment should have read under 3. lashes are NOT stuck or grabbed.

    Good luck to you!

Sephora had a battery-inside run warmer. That plus the Shu made a good combo/look. Gave it up as too much work and gimmicky. Suspect that would be the case with this one.

    I want!
I need to try the hot water trick first. Remembering is the problem.

I’m still looking for a curler that will bend my lashes right at the roots and direct the curl towards the temples.
