Avon Brazil Beat Eau de Toilette Review
I’m half Portuguese, did ya know they speak Portuguese in Brazil? Many people think that Brazilians speak some form of Spanish but Brazil was actually a Portuguese Colony which is where our influence on their language comes from. In my experience Brazilians articulate their words a bit more rhythmically than natives of Portugal but none the less the words and their meanings are the same. My father was born and raised in Portugal but I swear the man sounds Brazilian sometimes with the way he forms his words and speaks.
Fun fact of the day and utterly random but it does bring me to my review on Avon Brazil Beat Eau de Toilette.
A little bit of a steal and a deal here if you’re looking for a fun, fruity fragrance for day time use but only if you don’t have a distinguished nose for fragrance.
Jump!
Perfume snobs won’t particularly love this so you might wish to look away right now. I happen to be a bit of a snob with fragrance but I don’t necessarily mind walking down the cheap, inexpensive path from time to time.
Avon Brazil Beat Eau de Toilette ended up in my cart recently at shop.avon.com as I was trying to tip it towards the free shipping zone after shopping for the new Avon Rose Gold Collection.
I’m pretty surprised and delighted by this inexpensive find. It set me back $6.99 and comes in a funky little bottle. The scent fails to linger long so touch ups are necessary throughout the day but regardless as this price I can’t complain.
It’s a sparkling mix of fruity notes that have a bit of a zing to them. I can’t say for sure what I’m smelling here as the mix is a little to complex to pick apart the fruits from the floral notes but does come across as sparkling, fruity, and fun.
If you don’t mind venturing into the realms of cheaper fragrances this is one to enjoy. I’d purchase it as you can’t beat its price tag. I just wish I had discovered it earlier in the Summer as it’s a really an upbeat fragrance for the warmer weather!
Available from Avon.
