Sephora Wonderful Cushion Foundation and Sephora Cushion Glossy Eyeliner arrive for Spring 2016!

Obviously cushion makeup is going to be a bigger trend for 2016 especially at drugstores considering we got a preview of L’Oreal’s new Lumi Cushion and the Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc Free All-in-1 ABC Cushion Foundation at drugstores late last month.

The most interesting aspect of this collection is the new Cushion Glossy Eyeliner as this formula is much like we’ve seen from the recently released Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Cushion Eyeliner although cushion eyeliner isn’t necessarily a new idea as Etude House Lock n’ Liner was available in 2014 and more recently Stila launched Got Inked Cushion Eyeliner before anyone else in the US.

I think as we head into Summer 2016 we’ll start seeing cushion blush as well since we all know that brands take an idea and run with all over the place.

New Year, new makeup primer! And Diorskin Forever & Ever Wear Extreme Perfection & Hold Makeup Base for Spring 2016 sound just the ticket. I don’t need it now as my makeup isn’t busy melting off my face in cold weather but come the Summer this fluid makeup primer sounds fabulous for all day wear.

Wet n Wild Photofocus Setting Spray is a new makeup setting spray hitting drugstores for Spring 2016. This one is $4.99 at Walgreens in a 1.52 oz chubby little bottle. I actually skipped over it as I’m not much of a makeup setting spray kinda girl but maybe someone who tries it out can update us on the good (or bad ) word.

Curious how the formula turns out.
