Last year the UK got a lot of different makeup and beauty advent calendars, here in the US, we got one. Needless to say that’s being redeemed a good deal this year! Benefit has a brand new one, Tarte has one, even the Body Shop! And now the QVC Beauty Christmas Advent Calendar Collection launches and…well, I kinda need one!
Ulta Lip Crayons are a new brand new sixteen shade line up of chubby lip pencils with a hydrating texture and tint for lips! Fans of chubby lip pencils (like me!) will be happy to know these new pencils are on sale right now on Ulta for $3 bucks each (you have to buy 3 shades for $9 to grab the deal but needless to say it’s still quite a nice way to check out their formula).

Tilda Swinton will me modeling for the upcoming NARS Cosmetics Spring 2015 Collection! Tilda Swinton, who will be the face of the NARS Spring 2015 campaign as reported by WWD this morning. I believe this is the first time NARS has had a celebrity face for a campaign so it is intriguing news.!
NARS told WWD he admires Tilda’s work and bold sense of style. WWD reports, “As an actress, she brings such strong personality to the camera,”� continued Nars. “And as a woman, she lives the experience of transformation and expression.”�
The ads featuring Tilda Swinton will run from January to April featuring four different portraits of Tilda which are a reveal of four different makeup collections. The first of which is the NARS Eye Opening Act for Spring 2015 which is a limited edition color collection. The eye related collection will be at Nordstrom and at NARS boutiques in January.
