I’m working from home today but that didn’t make it any less stressful of a day and I just needed an Ulta Haul to make this day a little lighter. What’s your day been likely? It’s sort of rare I get excited about makeup lately but the Wet n Wild Holiday Foxtrot Holiday 2023 Collection is inducing a “I NEED ALL OF THIS!” moment in me. It’s terribly cute yes, but also, the color story in some of the Holiday Foxtrot Eye & Face Palette are really quote lovely! The palettes aren’t incredibly unique but they are super budget friendly plus they are quite cohesive not to mention Wet n Wild’s formula is typically quite good with a soft, creamy consistency and plenty of pigment. So why not indulge (I may have already ordered all of them!).

The whimsical winter critter theme is giving me Bath and Body Works vibes and I’m here for that. It’s very cute and Holiday-like packaging which seems REALLY rare this year. I think we can all agree that some of the collections this year aren’t really speaking the festive language but this feels quite Holiday-ish! I can see myself potentially hauling all these palettes!

Just a public service announcement but the new Urban Decay Space Rider Moondust Eyeshadow Palette and Urban Decay Galactic Cowboy Moondust Eyeshadow Palette have made my wish list. I heard about these a while ago and I wasn’t even sure if they were actual real but they are indeed and Urban Decay launched them for the Holiday 2023 season. FINALLY! Some shimmer for the Holidays! I always enjoyed the Moondust Eyeshadow formula and I was pretty happy to see them launch a full palette of shades. Especially a palette containing Space Cowboy which is such an iconic staple in the Urban Decay Eyeshadow world. I know it was my first true gold love. I still have the single pot laying around somewhere (and the Moondust single). I love it’s not available in the more shimmery Moondust formula (how could Space Cowboy be anymore shimmery than it already is though right?).

Update: Both palettes are now available at Ulta.com!

So far, Space Rider is the only palette available on the Sephora app and I assume Galactic Cowgirl is coming soon. The shades do look a tad uneventful in promo images as the colors appear a bit washed out and pale but I hope they look better in person. I’m actually excited about this launch as I love this formula and think it works great alone or worn over other eyeshadow shades.
