L’Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow Review, Swatches, Photos

L’Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow has landed on our shores.

Released early last year in Europe, these shadows are making the rounds in drugstores here in the states. So far I’ve caught them at Harmons, CVS, and Walgreens with prices ranging from $7.99 to $9.49.

They got pretty strong raves on UK blogs when they were originally introduced and I was quite curious to try them out for myself so it’s nice to see them locally. L’Oreal has some pretty strong releases for Spring 2012 up their sleeves and I do believe Infallible Eyeshadow will get some strong raves across the board. The formula is very nice however it has a few hiccups worthy of a mention.

Let’s take a peek!

Illamasqua Freak Eau de Parfum

My deepest, darkest fragrance has to be Flowerbomb. That’s about it. I’m a fruity, sweet, candy, foody type of fragrance girl. If it’s sweet, I love it.

I normally avoid fragrances with notes like patchouli, amber, Frankincense, etc..

But I’m a little bit curious about Illamasqua Freak Eau de Parfum.

Freak is a unisex fragrance that promises to be a rich, daringly, provocative new scent to celebrate the night!

Burnt orange bloom as a base is supposedly able to enhance the wearer’s own natural perfume, word.

The notes, ones I’d avoid at all costs typically include Black Davana, Opium Flower, Belladonna, Poison Hemlock, Datura, Queen of the Night blossom, Frankincense, Oud, and Myrrh.

Freak comes bottled up in an art deco inspired bottle, titled to one side in a smoky glass.

Count me curious.

Available now at Sephora.com

I’m tempted to just order it without smelling it, I like surprises and maybe this one might be a pleasant one?

What do you think?

Are you up for the Freak experience?

My favorite freaks….

Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream SPF 35 Launches at Sephora

Smashbox’s QVC Exclusive Camera Ready BB Cream has launched at Sephora and Sephora.com

This one multitasks as a primer, perfector, oil controller, and sunscreen.

It’s formulated with emollients and optical pearl pigments to give your skin a glowing, ethereal look.

I haven’t tried this one yet as I’ve been disappointed with the BB Cream offerings in the US but if you’ve been curious to try it it’s available now at Sephora.

If you tried it feel free to share your thoughts about it!
