Philosophy The Gingerbread House Review

Philosophy plays an interesting little game of deception with us when it comes to The Gingerbread Man. I bet you’ve all gone into a purchase of that little guy and thought how delightfully spicy, warm, and cookie-like he’d smell. Admit, you have!

And BAM!

You get him home and you realize there’s a conspiracy going on here and something is not quite right. Wait, what? You mean he doesn’t smell like Gingerbread cookies?! How, why?! What happened?!

Sleek Makeup i-Divine Sparkle Palette for Holiday 2010

I got all kinds of excited and a bit hyper when I seen the new Sleek Makeup i-Divine Sparkle Palette for Holiday 2010. I haven’t tried the two palettes I already own but I can’t help but have a longing to own this little guy.

Doesn’t it look stunning?

My lovely beauty blogger from across the pond, Zara, reports that this will be at Superdrug and sold online (thank god for those of us in the US) starting November 24th for 5.99.

I wants it please?

K, thank you!

This photo was shamefully nicked from Kiss and Makeup.

Yves Saint Laurent Boheme Libertine Makeup for Spring 2011

Morning!

How was your week? Friday already? Thank God! I’ve been so busy I sincerely can’t see straight but hey busy is good right? I’m starting to get a little rumble in my tummy for Turkey Day too! Although I’m not a fan of turkey I still adore the Holiday plus I really don’t have to worry too much because my mum is Italian so you know she won’t just settle for cooking just turkey, her table is going to look like a buffet in Vegas. I always do two Thanksgiving Dinners one with friends the night before and one with family the day after so double your pleasure. I’ll have to start fasting today to make room for it all!

Let’s start the weekend off right with photos from the upcoming Yves Saint Laurent Makeup Collection for Spring 2011.

Doesn’t it feel like palettes are really front and center this year for the Holidays? Traditionally palettes are commonly associated with the Holiday Makeup Season but this year is super saturated with all sorts of incredible offerings from brands.

Perfect example, the Lorac Box Office Sensation Train Case aka OMG I can’t believe they fit that much makeup in there!

Jeepers this is a crazy amount of product and at such a great price and an even better price if you happened to haul it during Sephora Friends and Family.
