Will Fall be about the Rock Star look or will Winter? Urban Decay The Black Palette could be considered the first rockin’, rollin’ themed palette of the season to kick off this interesting trend but really maybe Bobbi deserves the credit?
Whatever the case may be the fact of the matter is being a Rock Star is makeup trending at the moment.
