As a MAC Squirt Plumping Gloss Stick fan girl I was so prepped for an affordable dupe and I was sure that Essence wasn’t going to disappoint me especially because I really love their cutesy makeup options plus the Juicy Bomb Shiny Lipgloss formula is awesome so a balm formula had to be just as good.

Hydrating Gloss Stain ($12) is a new vitamin-infused and hydrating lip serum, lipgloss, and stain that gives lips a wet shine while providing moisture and as it wears down it apparently stains lips. I instantly thought it was a Maybelline Super Stay Vinyl Ink Liquid Lipcolor but no way! It’s WAY better than Maybelline’s formula in my opinion!
