I was talking to my friend the other day and her son was in the background saying, “You’ll make it for me right?” and I asked her, “What are you making?” and she replied avo toast. Who knew a little guy like her son could appreciate the joys of a good avo toast! They start young with the avo toast don’t they?
If someone said that I had to pick two foods to live out the rest of my days with it would be avo toast and a chicken caesar salad (not together obviously). Avo Toast just hits all the right spots doesn’t it? Or at least it does for me. On toast with a little bit everything bagel seasoning, with a soft boiled eye, with a sunny side up egg, with a squeeze of lemon, on some thick wheat toast, on some white toast, on an English Muffin, doesn’t matter to me, I’ll eat it anyway I can get it. My boyfriend makes a mean avo toast and he’ll cut it into little soldiers for me when he’s home. Perfect finger food.
But today my friends we don’t eat our avo! We apply it to our hair!

This a fairly thick mask that contains cocoa seed butter. I find it gentle enough to use twice a week as it does rinse clean out and doesn’t cause any build up for me. It makes my hair super soft and very hydrated. You know me! I look like I stuck my finger in a socket with the amount of frizz I got going on sometimes. This does an excellent job smoothing my hair, easing frizz, and making my curls more refined and moist. Totally a great pick up especially when it’s on sale!
