Remember when Urban Decay first released 24/7 Eyeliners? Remember how creamy they were? How they glided across your lash line without skipping? How intense the color was? Remember how Perversion was the blackest black eyeliner ever? If you need to re-live those moments might I recommend Slick Waterline Eye Pencil from Melt Cosmetics? I just got a bunch of these on sale (I always stock up when they hit the sales rack)! The black shade is my fav waterline pencil!
