Better Late Than Never: Japanese Cosmetic Fall Haul

I’ve been very busy lately and updating my blog normally happens either really, really, really late at night, during brief pauses at work if I am even remotely lucky to have any, or in spurts here and there. Basically what you see written on any one entry takes me a day or more to complete because I’m so nuts with work and life in general lately icon wink

Reason I am telling you all this is I’m quite late displaying my latest Japanese Cosmetic Fall Haul! I got it ages ago and never had a chance to really take it out of the box and truly enjoy it aside from taking some pictures and doing a video of it AGES and AGES ago.

I know MANY of you have already been exposed to the new Jill Stuart palettes, pressed blushes, etc…but I like to keep my blog updated with all my latest hauls so here goes anyway icon wink Hopefully it isn’t too much of a snore!

Kose Airy Whip (The new love of my life! This could replace Purity for washing my make-up off in the evenings! It’s so light and lovely and removes all traces of my foundation, blusher, and eye makeup too!)

Crystal Lash Pearls (These are great! An inexpensive way to enjoy lash pearls! Work just as well as Givenchy’s Lash Pearls!)

Canmake Goodies (Canmake is the one of the few inexpensive cosmetics that the Muse has room in her heart for!)
Picture+117

Canmake Glitter Eyeliner Pencils (These are a bit to rough and hard in texture so hey may need to have a go under the hairdryer to soften them up prior to application)
Picture+054

Canmake Lipgloss (Pretty brilliant! First Japanese brand that actually made a flavored gloss hehe)

Canmake Glitter Shadow Trios

Canmake Metallic Eyes Shadow

Jill Stuart Brilliance Eyeshadow Palettes Fall 2007 (Both are gorgeous as you can see and the colors are surprisingly really nice! I was worried I’d never make any use out of these palettes but I’ve fallen in love)

    Hello Muse!

Thank you for the great pics and reviews – I adore your blog! Do you have any favorite websites where you order your Japanese brands, especially Gransenbon? I am really lemming those blushes :)

    Thanks!

Hi thanks for dropping by :)

You’re most welcome! I appreciate the comment and your visiting me here!

I love a ton of different places! JPmon is one place, ebay is great for finding good japanese brands, adam beaty is another, and quite a few other places!

Gransenbon is kinda hard to locate on some sites but JPMon does carry some of the line! Most of the gransenbon I’ve gotten was purchased for me by friends!

But you may be able to locate the blushes on MUA in a swap! Do you have an MUA account?

    Hope this helps ;)

    Thanks for visiting!

hehe raspy! I try to create as many lemmings as possible ;) I’ve taken the job very seriously lol!

The tiffa is amazing! it’s my first time trying tiffa and I’m impressed!!!!!!!!!!! These are fairly inexpensive so it’s not really breaking the ban completely lol!

The illuminate nuancer is so great that I want the other color as well now! It’s pretty impressive!

    Hugs!
    Thanks for visiting me!

    Hi Muse,

(I just wrote this and it didn’t send I don’t think so here it is again).

Anyways, I love your j-mu blog pics. You create so many lemmings for me!

Can you tell me what the 2 MJ e/s singles are at the bottom of the MJ single e/s pic? The color names? Those are gorgeous and I must track those down. Thanks!

I am also lemming the MJ Majex lip balm, the Tiffa l/g and e/s (so pretty!), the Sofina Compact Case Fall 2007 is to die for (I adore anything purple- that compact is fantastic)! I also love the Canmake purple e/s’s and I LOVE and am lemming the Cineora powder you posted a pic of in an earlier post (the purple compact, the adorable fairy packaging!) So cute.

Thanks for all the lemmings! keep it up. :P

I have some neat j-mu on it’s way to me soon. I’ll let you know what I think of it all once I get it.

    Great blog yet again.

    Sincerely,
    Sarah

hey girlie :) The lemmings are the awful lol! I visit many blogs and get some seriously bad lemmings so I can imagine the lemmings my own blog creates for people!

Sure. I have to look through my MJ shadows and I’ll get back to you about them! They were purchased by a dear friend and she went out of her way to get them as they were retired but she had known of a shop that did in fact have the retired shadows, thus they ended up in my collection! So hopefully with some hardwork you can track these down! I’ll let ya know the colors tomorrow!

I’m so glad you are loving everything! Do tell me what you end up buying :) I LOVE hearing about what everyone else purchases hehe!

The cineora is so cute, I agree! The same friend that purchased me the MJ shadows gave me the cineora as a gift! I’m currently carrying around the compact in my purse as my main touch up powder as I love the purple too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What did you get do tell!!!!!!! And where from?

    :)

Where are you from btw? US?

Hugs and thanks for brightening my blog up with your posts!

    Hi Muse,

I am in the U.S. in the lovely state of Oregon. :)

Can’t wait to hear the shade names on the MJ singles, thanks. Of course they are discontued, lol. It can never be easy right?

I am expecting a few things all from lovely MUAers. :) Swapping is awesome. I am getting a few MJ single e/s’s in SV821, VI113 and #17, a MJ l/g in BE366, a Kate Dual Carat PU-1 and a few Missha items. I missed out on some Canmake things. :o Now I want them as I saw them on your blog.

I also may be getting some Heroine Make mascara, powder and possibly a T’estimo e/s palette and a Kose Twinkle cream e/s in purple of course. ;) (It’s a swap in progress…)

Thanks for all the lemmings. :P

    Sincerely,
    Sarah

    Hi Muse,

I don’t mind scrolling to look at all the pretties! :P

I heard about your blog from my friend on MUA (Betsy). She’s commented here before.

Your blog is great- I hope to try the chat feature in a bit later on- I think I have to use another web browser.

I got my 1st MJ l/g today! And some Missha e/s’s and a MJ e/s single in SV281. I know Missha is “cheap as stale chips” as you say
but I really like the pigments. Have you tried any Missha e/s?

    Sincerely,
    Sarah

I’ve never heard of Missha! Do Enable me :) I don’t mind cheap asian brands ;) Just hate cheap american brands hehe!
