Skin Food Peach Sake Perfect Concealer 9

Korean brand, the Skin Food, continues to weave it’s magic spell around the Muse. I’m totally a fool for this line at the moment and I’m already looking into purchasing some more.

I’ve been using the Skin Food Peach Sake Perfect Concealer for the last few weeks and must say it’s a likey.

Have a jump!

Sadly, no, it does not smell like peach. Ha was that your first thought? I was kinda hopeful.

Skin Food Peach Sake Perfect Concealer is a tiny little tube of joy to conceal dark circles, fine lines, and other misery that may plague your under eye area. The formula is richly pigmented…as in big time…as in a little goes a super long way. Beware if you do pick this up because it sports crazy concealing powers.

It’s a creamy texture and nicely moisturizing but be sure to prep and prime well before use as I did see a tiny bit of creasing after use because my eyes were so dry. Truly it’s one of the better concealers I’ve had the pleasure of using simply because it offers such great coverage.

The tube is fairly cheap if purchased within Korean but it is available on E-bay for around $15 which I also deem reasonable even if it is over retail price.

If you’re suffering from crazy dark circles I highly suggest this. It has just enough salmon/peach color to diminish and conceal dark circles although dark skin babes can’t benefit as the concealer is only available in two shades.

Overall, loves it! It isn’t HG (holy grail) material for me because I (can’t believe I’m saying this) think it’s actually a little bit TOO much concealer for me but I’d say on days I’m only working on 4 hours of sleep this could come in handy!

Loves it!

Agree Muse — I have this too & I think it’s too much concealer as well. I figure since my circles/scars aren’t that bad, I might as well put less not more on my face.

Hi Muse! I haven’t tried this but I’ve tried Skin Food’s Peach Sake BB Cream! It’s great too and perfect for those with oily skin unlike other BB Creams (not that I’ve tried a lot like you).

I looove Skinfood. Love love love the brand. Their Black Sugar Scrub Face wash won me over, as well as their Peach Sake toner.

I only recently tried their Aloe Sun BB cream SPF 20+, and it’s a HG product for me. It’s a 3 in 1 product (Sheer/Med coverage foundation, moisturizer and sunscreen), and I absolutely love the light feel, and the way it smooths out uneven skin hues without feeling heavy or looking cakey. That’s one product I recommend you try, Muse, if you haven’t already. :D

The concealer looks interesting. I might have to go try the sampler in store. :D My dark circles are the bane of my existence, so hopefully this concealer conceals without being cakey. Thanks for the review!

hey ceriene I’m a fan too, good stuff. I like the Aloe BB but it’s not my HG, I lean towards Shills and Innisfree for my BB HG’s :-) I think this will work fab at concealing dark circles! It’s REALLY pigmented!

Hey Muse
I recieved peach sake pore surum in the post today, it smells delish. Its a shame all the products in the line don’t have the lovely scent.

gemma I know right? :( I wish everything smelled like it’s namesake! A friend and I were just discussing how “fresh” the products are as some smell like alcohol imho! But regardless everything from the shop has been doing wonders for my skin. Update me on how the serum is?
