Kose Hada Rhythm Moisturizing Skin Cream Review
If you’re wondering why my skin is so radiant lately you can blame the new Kose Hada Rhythm Moisturizing Skin Cream I’ve been using!
YOU need it!
Especially if you have dry, dull skin like me!
I picked up Hada Rhythm Moisturizing Skin Cream from Imomoko.com recently on a whim. I didn’t need a new moisturizer but it was glaring me in the face and tempting me to please pick it up so I did.
This was creating for dry skin to be used as a night cream as it promises to replenish moisture as you sleep and boy does it every. Moisturizing ingredients such as royal jelly extract and Hyaluronic acid work while you sleep to help hydrate and seal moisture into into the skin. You’ll wake up with soft, smooth, flake-free skin after a single use and notice that both skincare and makeup will absorb and apply with ease.
Considering how cold its been here in New York my skin can use as much moisture as possible. I have flaky areas between my brows and patchy dry cheeks. This pretty much normalizes my skin and helps it maintain more natural moisture levels.
The texture kinda sorta reminds me of a thick creamy Vaseline product. It absorbs easily and leaves skin soft without being greasy or oily.
It has a relaxing aroma which is made up of a combination of lemon, orange, eucalyptus, lavender, Sedarifu, Roman chamomile, Basil, Coriander, Cedarwood, and Thyme. For the most part it smells like a soothing, relaxing lavender to my nose. However, I think it is a very strong scent so some might not like it particularly if you’re sensitive.
The only thing I dislike about it as I find the jar is so tiny I can easily go through it within a two month period. Aside from this I absolutely love how well it moisturizes my skin and helps seal that moisture in. I wish it had some sort of anti-aging formula as that would make it perfect but hey, moisture is always key to prevent aging anyway!
If you have dry skin I highly suggest trying this.
It’s close to retail on Imomoko.com ($18 versus Japanese retail of around $13).
Muse Approved for purchase.
Do try it!

The jar is really cute
At least it’s small enough to travel with!
Do you think this would be worth picking up for me even though I have combo skin? I always tend to get dry flaky bits…
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yeah maybe! you can just avoid placing in your oily areas.
Yeah…maybe I can just use it for the tip of my nose, cheeks and forehead or something~
you might be able to use it all over and just rinse off in the morning…perhaps won’t make your face oily at all!
Yeah, I can use it like a sleeping pack
. Awesome idea~. I think that would work
.
Will do
. Hopefully one of my local asian markets will have it stocked.
good luck!
I can’t find this product anywhere – it is out of stock! boo! I need moisture before my skin cracks off.
mmmm try alphabeautyuk ebay amanda
Ah I had been stalking this at my local drugstores for months! Always wondering if I should or I shouldn’t since I have oily skin. I read that you can also use this as a sleeping mask (although till today I have no idea how sleeping masks work). Thanks for the review!
