My Milk Shake Brings All The Boys To The Yard

Skin Food Milk Shake Make Up Remover

But is better than it was?

Skin Food has apparently revamped the Milk Shake Point Make Up Remover Packaging at some point…either its had new packaging for a while or I haven’t been paying attention.

Either way, I’m somehow hopeful they actually improved the formula as I didn’t love it my first time around. And actually felt kinda bad because so many people proclaimed what a HG (holy grail) eye makeup remover it was.

Milk shake?

Really?

Yeah, it kinda does resemble a milk shake as it’s a bi phase remover that has a milky liquid on the bottom half and a more oil-like one on the top. Shake it and it becomes a milky substance for whisking away eye makeup easily.

My main issue with it was it created trippy cloud vision. As much as I’d like to turn the lights down low, throw a few colored scarfs over my lamp shades, and put on a little Hendrix on while enjoying my tab dropping lack of vision I can’t say I feel completely comfortable when something weird is up with my eyes. I have a panic attack when I need to get them dilated.

So here’s hoping new packaging means an improved formula!

Have you every used Skin Food’s Milk Shake Makeup Remover?

Thoughts?

Do share!

Dontcha just hate oil cleansers or eye makeup removers that give you cloudy vision!?

Hey Muse have you tried Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Water? I tested it at an Innisfree store in Korea and it took off all the eyeliner and foundation that I tested on my hand.

From what I tested from it, it didnt take too much to take the makeup off but I think the thing that caught my eye was the pump mechanism in the bottom. You just need to take a cotton pad and press it onto the pump and it squirts up. Really cool ^-^

Love this post! Sometimes I’m not even really that interested in the featured product but I gotta read all of the Muse’s posts because of the nuggets of humor and the pop culture references. Thanks for the laughs Musey :D Now excuse me while I kiss the sky haha!

I used to use baby oil as an eye makeup remover. It worked well but I hated the cloudy vision.

I hope the formula has improved. I’d be tempted to purchase and use this just for the bottle. :)

Maybelline Clean Express does that to me if I put too much on the cotton swab. ;( Still love it though!
