Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream Intensive Creamy Oil Review

Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream Intensive Creamy Oil1

Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream Intensive Creamy Oil ($28) is one of the best products I’ve tried since being introduced to Rosebud Salve several hundred years ago and Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant.

This is the solution to life, the universe, and everything.

Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream Intensive Creamy Oil

Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream Intensive Creamy Oil is 99% natural creamy oil. The great thing about this product is the ridiculous multitasking number of uses it has!

It starts off life looking like a vaseline but melts down into a hydrating oil. You can use it under your eyes, to keep your brows in place as a brow wax, on your lips for shine and to heal chapped, dryness, use it on your hair to tame frizz or flyaways, use it all your face to hydrate, use it on rough elbows, heels, and knees, mix it with a touch of powder blush to create a creamy blush, use it on your cuticles….so far the only thing I haven’t done is using it to cook with. Everything else is fair game!

It is very rich so I’m not sure I’d recommend it for oily skin as a facial treatment but personally I have drier skin and love what it does for my face. I use a touch under my eyes and it makes concealer literally glide on! Overnight I use it all over my face and all my dry, flaky areas are instantly eased and my face is more luminous and less dul in the morning!

By the way it has a delightful lemon sugar scent that’s positively addicting!

I love it and it has replaced my Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant.

I simply do not want to be without Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream Intensive Creamy Oil. This one of those products you’ll have to pray from my cold dead hands one day.

Adore it.

Had to try this since it made Allure’s best of beauty list for 2013, anything that makes that list always peaks my curiosity a bit and I have to find out for myself what’s so great about this product?
I tired this out at a Sephora and it was a game changer indeed. Love multi tasking products like this! Wanted to buy it, the only thing holding me back was the price and the fact that I’m trying to use up all of these samples I’ve accumulated. This product is a game changer for sure. I’ve tired her argan oil moisturizer for the face and wasn’t impressed. Too greasy for my combination skin, but this product is fantastic!

LOL! I use it to keep one! Just kidding. But I do use it on my husband’s rough feet. He works 12 hours shift, 7 days in a row. His feet are always sour, I put this on his heels, helped keeping them hydrate.

Sorry, another that did not like this… I have combo facial skin and it was nothing but an oily mess on my face… so I tried using it other ways and it was nothing but grease on me no matter how I used it… hands, feet, lips anywhere…it never soaked into my skin no matter what I did… Vaseline soaks in better than this for me… I returned it… but I am glad you liked it!

I looked up a review on Paula’s Choice before buying it on black friday. the only “fragrance” it has in it is i think the orange oil? So i don’t put it all over but i do spot treat any drier areas with it, I use it on my hands and cuticle as well. BUT i also got the argan balm at the same time, have you tried it? it has saved my feet!! lol

Quick question: I have SUPER dry skin…do you find this better than Vaseline to use for dry patches on the face & lips? Does it absorb into the skin better? It sounds like a miracle product. :)

hey miss d ;-D sorry delayed reply I owe you email replies BEEN SWAMPED! sorry! :-D I LOVED your tree and it was so nice seeing your pretty face :-D and lovely hair! you are gorgeous! I actually like this better than vaseline as I don’t feel as sticky and gross! it absorbs fast. I use it on my lips, my hair, my body, everywhere even my face (just not in the day, too rich for day use)

Great- I use Vaseline sometimes so I’m gonna try this out, especially since it absorbs better!
Oh, THANK YOU for viewing my emails; I went a little overboard and sent 3 and when I didn’t hear anything back, I thought I may have, um, overwhelmed you and sent you too much! XD
Don’t worry, if you don’t have time to respond it’s alright, I’m just happy you saw them.
And I think YOU are gorgeous- I’m still trying to get a glowing complexion like yours!!!
Thanks so much for this reply, Muse…believe me, it really made my day! *smiles*

Although I haven’t tried this exact product, I am in love with balms. I cannot recomment enough waxelene. You can get it at cvs and its stupid awesome. I don’t think there is anything it can’t do! Check it out at waxelene.com . You can get a smaller tube size as well.

OMG this has been on my wish list for as soon as we move back to the States. We’re currently in Brazil, and even though we have a Sephora here, everything is double or triple the price than in the States (due to import tax, government tax, etc.). I can’t wait to get my hands on this in 6 months!
