Heads up Make Up For Ever Aqua anything fangirls and guys as Aqua Matic will be launching for Summer 2014. Make Up For Ever Aqua Matic is a new exciting eye pencil available in ten shades with a stunning shimmery formula to give eyes a bit of twinkle!

Make Up For Ever Aqua Matic ($21) is a creamy, creaseless automatic eye pencil with a built in sharpener that promises a waterproof formula. These highly pigmented pencils contain silica allowing them to wear long and strong without smudging or fading! I haven’t personally tried them yet but they sound great for oily lids!

Shades:

  • Diamond Black
  • Satiny Warm Brown
  • Diamond Golden Grey
  • Iridescent Pop Purple
  • Iridescent Electric Blue
  • Iridescent Turquoise
  • Iridescent Lime Green
  • Metallic Golden Taupe
  • Metallic Pinky Beige
  • Satiny Flesh

Make Up For Ever traditionally launches some sort of waterproof eye pencil come the Summer and they don’t disappoint this year with the Aqua Matic Collection. The colors all seem to have some shimmer in them from promo images which might be a deal breaker for some that dislike the finish! I just hope that shimmer doesn’t translate to frostiness for me or end up having a gritty feel on eyelids!

I’m eager to try these out as I enjoy quick and easy looks using a cream shadow pencil plus the built in sharpener is a nice extra.

What do you think of Aqua Matic?

Maybe a good haul for Summer eye looks?

These are available now at both Sephora and Sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Ohhhh I love these colors! I need to get my hands on some of these! Especially the neutral tones will be great liners paired with my Naked palettes! 🙂

These look gorgeous! The light pinky beige looks perfect for a pop of brightness to the inner corner of the eye and that turquoise…so fun!
I’ll definitely be checking these out.
    Great post!

Such a great variety of colors, too bad they didn’t just make a kit for $65 so you could buy them all, especially when you’re as undesivcise as me.
