L’Oreal Introduces Nude Eyeshadow Palette in the UK

loreal nude eyeshadow palette

Can we expect the get the L’Oreal Paris La Palette Nude for Spring 2015? I surely hope so! It’s not terribly unreasonable to think that many brands with embrace nude, natural shades of shadow for Spring considering Maybelline got a head start on the introducing nudes to the drugstore market with their the Nudes Eyeshadow Palette launched earlier this Fall.

They also life the door wide open for improvement! The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette isn’t the only shadow palette you’ll see from Maybelline as they have plans to introduce other shade variations. Problem? The shadow formula needs a good deal of work in my opinion! I thought the shades very dry in the Nudes Palette and difficult to blend. Great idea to introduce a natural eyeshadow palette to the drugstore world but poor execution on the formula.

So hopefully soon we can get our hands on the L’Oreal Paris La Palette Nude that’s available now in the UK.

And hopefully it’s a good shadow formula. The L’Oreal Paris La Palette Nude contains ten shades of nude shadow and from what I’ve seen they mean more towards taupe and rosy shades. The design kinda resembles last year’s Clarins The Essentials Eyeshadow Palette from Holiday 2013 (I hear there’s another one in the works for Holiday 2014).

Word is that the L’Oreal Palette is selling very well!

Considering the UK typically gets an early head start on these launches I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see this palette a little after the Holidays or even before if and when we do get it.

I’m curious how many other brands will launch on this trend. We’ve already seen plenty of it from Urban Decay who became an instant expert at all things nude and natural with Too Faced following close behind with their big Chocolate Eyeshadow Palette launch.

So who in the drugstore world is next to introduce a natural eyeshadow palette?

Do do you hope does one?

Do share!

I don’t care which company makes the next nude palette, but I would be over the moon if there were both warm and cool versions.

Are you planning on buying this Muse? I wonder if it’s on Ebay yet. I’ve ordered things from ebay.co.uk before so I’m curious if it’s floating around somewhere.

    • Isabella Muse

naaa Monica. I typically go after these things right away but I think I’ll wait it out. Apparently it sold out in UK stores so I imagine on Ebay the price will be cringe worthy…so I might just wait until it gets to our shores 😀

Been loving your blog for such a long time, great work! About the Loreal palette, it is very average nothing to be excited about, shades averagely pigmented, lots of fall out, I bought it here in the uk without swatching the testers first (huge mistake!) if I did, it would have saved me 15. Honestly, less expensive brands (like Sleek Makeup or Mua) make better quality palettes for a fraction of the price. Keep up the fantastic work! Xx

aw thanks mocha 🙂 I thought so damn! I’d still like to give a whirl if it launches here! curious minds 😀 15 is absurd, ouch! thank you Mocha your comment brightened my day 😀
