Tarte Colored Clay Full Coverage CC Eye Base

Here’s one I can get on board with! The new Tarte Colored Clay Full Coverage CC Eye Base has my eye as I happen to be a huge fan of Trish McEvoy Eye Base Essentials so I was hoping that this new CC Eye Base just might perform as nicely!

Tarte CC Eye Base

Available in two shades the new Tarte Colored Clay Full Coverage CC Eye Base preps lids for eyeshadow plus it gives tired eyes a little perk up by masking lid discolorations and creating a brighter appearance.

The cool pink shade is perfect for brightening up tired eyes and the warm yellow shade is great for eyelid discolorations. The formula is supposed to be full coverage so it’ll intensify your shadows as well as act as a natural eye look should you wish to just grab some eyeliner and go.

Count me curious!

Both shades of the Tarte Colored Clay Full Coverage CC Eye Base is available now at QVC.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you have ashey, very dark discoloration under my eyes and most things oxidize on my skin which do you think would be a better bet?

I think it depends on what color the discoloration is. My eyelids are darker than the surrounding skin but have a brownish tone to them. I like using something yellow or peachy to counteract the darkness.
