L’Oreal Perfect Cell Renewal Rosy Tone Moisturizer Giving Your Skin a Naturally Rosy Glow!

L’Oreal Perfect Cell Renewal Rosy Tone Moisturizer ($24.99) currently has my eye as the promise of a naturally rosy glow from my moisturizer. This new new moisturizer was created with mature skin types in mind and contains rosy pigment to instantly give your skin back it’s rosy glow. The tinted moisturizer also gently exfoliates dull, drier skin while stimulating surface cell renewal with Imperial Peony Extracts and LHA.

You’ll instantly see a rosy glow from the moisturizer but the gentle exfoliating action that moisturizer provides will help to keep that glow.

I’m noticing more and more tinted moisturizers pop up this season. Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar Skin Tint is yet another one that’s popping up although this one promises coverage not a rose tint.

Does anyone love the idea of this in theory but cringes at the thought of using it? I can’t picture myself rubbing a moisturizer with a rose tint ALL over my face. I mean I don’t want my entire face to have a pink tinge to it.

Hmmm!

I’m still going to try it!

L’Oreal Perfect Cell Renewal Rosy Tone Moisturizer is available now at walmart.com, Ulta.com, target.com, and amazon.com.

I have rosacea and don’t understand why anyone would want to use this, LOL. Why is there a need for a cream to give us a “rosy tone?” We have blush for that!! I saw Helen Mirren doing the commercial for it & was like NOPE!

I like the idea of it but yeah, actually wearing it, I’m not so sure!

As I’ve gotten older, my skin tone has gotten much duller than it used to be, even though I try to take good care of my skin with exfoliating, cleansing, moisturizer, sunscreen, masks, etc. With my hair turning white too my skin looks downright grayish sometimes. So I might give this a try. I honestly think the main thing that makes someone’s skin look old isn’t wrinkles, but tone and evenness.

I think it’s targeted towards those of us who are pale and kind of lavender yet yellow. But as someone who has developed red blotches since giving birth, I can also see your point: the idea of making myself pinker sounds very bad indeed.

      But Mary’s description sounds lovely.

I have rosacea too and hope this becomes a trend and goes viral. The money I’d save on concealer plus the time saved on concealing my nose and cheeks would be a game-changing.

The product doesn’t give a blush look that you think…not for me anyway…it’s a subtle hint. I have freckles with some rosacea…..it’s a wonderful product for me. I hope everyone has the same result.

I have some rosacea but use it very lightly on my cheeks instead of blush….I love it!! It smells great, it feels even better and I don’t need foundations which I don’t like at all.

,I have this and it doesn’the make your skin pink or rose toned at all. It just gives you a fresh look with a subtle glow. Your skin looks beautiful. Love it. Try it and don’t worry you won’t be pink or red in the face!

Check out the reviews on target.com it gets raves……granted there are women who admit they got it free for review but there are plenty of rave reviews from people who purchased it for themselves and just love it

I literally screamed when I first saw the commercial for this. I also have rosacea and this makes me very nervous.

Anyone know what this smells like? I have a sample jar of age perfect cream and the scent is overpowering.

    • Chris

Very light scent that disappeared quickly. No pink shade either. Nice healthy glow.

I wonder what the chemicals involved in giving the ‘rosy glow’ are and how safe they are to use.

I bought this product and used it daily all over my face for about a month. I have bangs and noticed that about an inch of my bangs turned red. I am a blonde. Two different stylists tried to correct the color but it won’t budge. I’m so disappointed. Has anyone else had that experience?

  • Denyelle

Wow! This moisturizer is interesting. I would love the glow, but still thinking about the rose pink color part I have to rub on skin. I think I will stick with The Beauty Insiders tips and creams until I get the guts to try it.

After trying all of Loreal’s products, I’m looking foward to trying this! I’m 63, and take great care if my skin. I love a rosy tone and have been using Dr Brandt’s. It’s very pricey, so I can’t wait for this!

I use it and love it
It does not leave your whole face red. Especially being in my early 50’s
My skin feels so soft and moisturized and love the idea of it exfoliating my skin cells.
I want to try the mask next

My mom tried this product but I didn’t check it out fir myself been meaning to. Then saw it on clearance at Rarhet and didn’t purchase but sometime i think i will give it a try. The jar itself is bigger than its content which is not a bit expensive for drugstore I think. But I have been using the Revitalift glycolic pads, the dual red/white pump bottle and have the scrubbing facial wash in my shower and I noticed a nice clearer brighter skin from first use so not bad at all and have repurchased. They are often on 40% at Rite Aid which is a good deal. I’m 55 with pretty good clear skin, laughing lines and some worrying ones between eyebrows but not too bad for now. ☺️

Ah, finally… a product for those of us who are proud of our pink tint and aren’t always trying to smother it under foundation that would make us the stars of a jaundice party. 😛 I have rosacea in my family and have hints of it in my cheeks and I think the pink glow just looks cute! So, I guess when I run out of Pond’s, I’ll give this a try…
