Is Too Faced Creating a New Perfume? I’d Buy It!

It looks like Too Faced may be creating some sort of new perfume or fragrance. Jerrod was on Instagram showing two different bottles one of which had a little beach emoji and the other a peach one. They looked like some sort of fragrance samples and the beauty and makeup world is currently speculating if they have a new perfume coming down the line for Summer 2018 or Fall 2018.

Too Faced has been severely disappointing lately as we have all established time and time again but if they introduce a peach scented perfume I an honestly say I’d buy it.

I’m a fragrance whore but not that much of a snob (although I do tend to navigate towards niche brands which may or may not make me a snob). I love any and all perfumes and have a rather vast collection so of course, I’d be curious what sort of scent Too Faced would be capable of creating. A lot of hardcore perfume lovers that take fragrance seriously would easily write off a scent created by a brand known for color cosmetics. I can totally understand why but there have been a few instances where brands have successfully crossed over from cosmetics to perfume. Dior? Totally nails it. Givcenchy too! But mid-range brands aren’t exactly well know for creating fragrances however, Tarte recently introduced a rollerball scent called Sweet Tarte and I thought it was quite lovely so, why can’t Too Faced do the same?

As you already know I barely smelled anything at all from the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette however, Too Faced’s entire Peaches & Cream Collection had a delightful Peach and Fig fragrance that I thought was delightful. So delightful in fact I’d totally buy a perfume if they created one.

But I may be getting ahead of myself and those bottles that Jerrod flashed across Instagram might just be a setting spray of some sort.

We’ll have to wait and see.

What do you think?

Would you buy a Too Faced Perfume if it launched?

Anything with peach or pineapple notes is a huge no go for me. With my body chemistry, it ends up smelling like cat urine. So gross.

It’s the worst. BBW had that pineapple perfume a few years back and it was soooo nice. On other people haha

ha! Weird how scent goes with different body chemistries ;D Amazing Grace always smells so nice on my sister and on me it smells like wet dog!

Um yissss. I’d absolutely buy a perfume of the peach smell that’s in the palettes, I love it! And heck I’d love a perfume that mimics the choco palettes too! It’s always sorta frustrated me that they palettes smell so good but it doesn’t really exude from your skin much. I just smell them sometimes and wish it could be more than a gimmick.

I was wondering if they were nail polish bottles. Last thing I need is peach-colored nail polish though, ugh! LOL

someone said the same to me in twitter. I thought they looked like fragrance samples! I hope I’m right 😀

Scented Nail Polishes is my guess – possibly peelable ones a la the Glitter Pop liners.

Idk. I think peach often is rendered too sweet, cloying, and massively artificial. Tresor is ok, but I like it hidden in the middle of Mitsouko best. Your French friends started with couture, then scent, then color cos, iinm. Not sure I want a real fruity, candied, unicorn poop peach, like I think it would be.
