Which are the five best BB Creams available right here in the US? That’s one of the most commonly asked questions on Musings of a Muse. Folks are curious which brands are putting out solid BB Creams formulas and which I’ve actually liked that are readily available here in the US. I’ve tried plenty that much is true but many don’t always impressed me so I made a list of five BB Creams I actually love and think are the very best of the best. BB Creams I personally use daily and enjoy the formula of.
So here’s five you might not have tried. Five that are readily available on counters now that you can purchase right here in the US without running around hunting out online stores, dealing with airmail fees, etc…

Ok, I admit it, I make little spreadsheets of skincare I want to try. I call them my Do Want lists. I basically have a spreadsheet for moisturizers, eye creams, and other skincare products that I want to try at some point. Most of them are gimmicky moisturizers that probably won’t change my life any time soon but one can hope that they’ll be amazing.
When it comes to Korean skincare my lemmings deepen because truly Asian brands promise the world when it comes to skincare and you utterly buy into that fact due to how fresh and incredible the promo models look in the advertisements.
Here are five moisturizers, including a Twi-hard one, that I want to try.
Ahh you might remember the Lavshuca Candy Pop Shadow from earlier this Spring which launched in Japan. These new single eyeshadows from Japanese brand Lavshuca are a step outside the normal palettes that Lavshuca traditionally releases.
The really unique thing is the fact they come in both matte and shimmer shades. Matte drugstore eyeshadow isn’t terribly common from brands like Lavshuca. I’m not a fan of matte finish myself but the idea of Lavshuca doing matte shades was intriguing.
In the end, I ended up with the sparkly shades hehe…! But I definitely think it’s a fresh step in a new direction for Japanese brands to embrace more matte shades of eyeshadow.

Guess what? Missha Complexion Coordinating BB Creams are now available in the US!
You might recall that I reviewed the Flawless Complexion in a recent review. Today I thought I’d concentrate on the Pure Complexion BB Cream which honestly, is more of a CC Cream than a BB one.

Avon joins Team BB Cream with their new Ideal Flawless BB Beauty Balm Cream ($10) and puts the budget in BB Cream with its sweet little price tag.
We’re plenty used to Korean brands offering the best and most brilliant BB Cream formulas for so much less but when it comes to cheaper BB Creams here in the US, well, the market is a little lacking. So when I run across one for $10 bucks I’m all over that as hey, this might be the one to thrill me!
