Sonia Kashuk Holiday Collection 2010 has launched at Target. Yay! Budget beauty at its best. If the Sephora Friends and Family Event has proved a bit too much for your purse or you’re just strapped for cash, this is one collection you’ll want to keep your eyes on. Not only does it include some great brush sets for under $20 but also some fabulous, sparkling makeup for the Holiday Season!
I consider myself a bit of a tomboy in some ways but lord knows I love pretty things and that’s all about being a girl. I’m also a fond lover of collecting vintage Victorian and art deco vanity pieces. Some of my collection is worth quite a good deal of cash and wanting other pieces only adds to that large tab.
Which is why, for a very long time, I’ve been a fan of Lady Primrose. Speaking of pretty things…..
Lady Primrose has graced my vanity for a good number of years and although prices can be higher up it’s not nearly the amount you’d spend at auction for antique vanity pieces plus the fragrances that the brand launches are an incredible extra. I’ll be telling you more about the brand very soon but today I thought I’d do a brief review of their blotting paper.
Take a look!
British Beauty Blogger has posted up photos of the Givenchy Spring Makeup Collection 2011 already. Gasp. Please let me have the joy of Fall…..
This is crazy.
My first introduction to Lola was when I was a mere babe and my parents had this monster cabinet. Inside the cabinet was an 8-Track Tape Player, yeah, my parents are obviously old and stuff, and a record player. On an old 45 (those are what smaller records were called way back in the time of dinosaurs) was Lola. She was a Show Girl.
No, but seriously, my first introduction to anything Lola was a Show Girl that Barry Manilow sung his little lungs out about. These things stick with you well into adulthood when you’re exposed to them as such a young age so now anytime I hear Lola I simply think of that tune and my foot starts tapping and I have a sudden urge to burst into song.
Now Marc Jacobs Lola has that Show Girl vibe with a big giant flower decking its bottle topper and I can’t help but thing of super fabulous Show Girls (not the washed up variety, promise!).
Are you a Marc Jacobs Lola fan?
Promise not to babble your ear off with this one. Just wanted to show and tell you about the new limited edition shades of Maybelline Eye Studio Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadows.
