Stila Precious Pearl Palette Review, Swatches, Photos, and FOTD

Arrr me maties all your Stila Precious Pearl Palettes belongz to me!

Or in this case they belongz to the Muse! Sorry Jack!

One of the Muse’s favorite palettes this season falls on the shoulders of Stila with it’s uber fabulous Precious Pearl Palette. Combining six bright, bold, fun shades for Spring into one compact palette and the Muse will quickly agree that it’s a must have item to amp up your look this coming Spring!

Stila The Precious Pearl Palette contains six brand new shades of Stila silky, smooth, pigmented eyeshadow but wait that’s not all! These new shadows supposedly are infused with genuine crushed pearl. Hey, we went through the crushed diamond phase why not crushed pearl too?

Pearl is one of the natural wonders of the world it appears as it supposedly minimizes the appearance of fine lines and leaves skin with a youthful glow. I dunno about all that but take my word for it that the shadows in this palette are well worth your time as they are truly stunning shades that will allow you to create endless vibrant looks this season!

The shadows are tucked inside a slim line vintage compact with a real mother-of-pearl overlay. The palette style mimics that of the popular Stila Kitten Palette released last Summer. It’s a tiny palette that packs plenty of goodies inside.

The shadows included are:

  • White Gold-Soft shimmering white with a heavy dose of golden shimmer
  • Soft Pink-Sweet, pastel baby pink with white shimmer
  • Mid-Tone Pink-a bright, bolder pink with pink shimmer
  • Deep Blue-Dark, blackish navy with plenty of blue shimmer
  • Green-True green with hints of blue and green shimmer
  • Gold-Dirty golden yellow with gold shimmer

All the shades in the palette are vibrant, richly pigmented, and blend like an absolute dream. I can never quite explain the texture and formula of a Stila shadow but they almost feel like a cream as they glide on. Quite a nice formula on the eye and one swipe should do you well as the shadows are amazingly pigmented.

You create an endless stream of looks with the Stila Precious Pearl Palette! I created three separate looks below. All the shades worked very well on me but I did have a tiny bit of a problem with the blue as it is an intense shade so I ended up using it as a liner shade as it worked best as such.

For the look below I used the white gold as a color wash and used the true gold shade all over my lid and crease.

For this look I used the green all over my lid and crease and a tiny bit of the blue to contrast the shade in my crease. Some more blue to liner my bottom lash line finished the look!

This look used the lighter pink on my lid and the brighter shade of pink to contrast from the v of my eye towards the crease.

Overall, the palette is a steal at $40 USD (less than $7 USD per a shadow when broken down) and is particularly great for anyone who wants a colorful look for the Spring! I really liked this one and I hope Stila continues putting out more palettes in this style as they are fabulous quality and include plenty of product for creating endless looks. Muse Approved for purchase all the way!

Is the Stila Precious Pearl Palette on your wish it?
