Philosophy Holiday Collection 2009

Philosophy 2009

Oh it’s beginning to look alot like Christmas. Ok, maybe not but it’s never to early to start planning and plotting pressies for family, friends, and most important for ME!

Is that terribly selfish?

Oh well!

As for this Muse she’s busy looking through deets about the Philosophy Holiday Collection 2009. Most years I overindulge in Philosophy for not only myself but as gifts for friends and family as they make such delightful little sets for the holidays.

Jump ahead for a look at what Philosophy has in store for you this Holiday!

Ahhh the holidays just wouldn’t be the holidays without a little Philosophy Gingerbread Shower Gel ($25) tucked into my stocking. He’s back and he’s ready to make a guest starring appearance in your bath or your shower. This ultra rich moisturizing lather leaves your skin soft and clean and scented like ginger ale…no he doesn’t smell liked the baked variety of gingerbread but more along a fizzling drink of ale. He’s tucked into a gift box already so you can forgo to wrapping paper and just give him away as is.

Ahhh gift sets a plenty mark the Philosophy Holiday season, particularly ones that have mountains and mountains of yummy shower gels to deck the hauls with.

Philosophy The Bake Shoppe ($30) comes with Pink Frosted Layer Cake and Raspberry Mousse Three in One Shower Gels plus a Buttercream Body Lotion and a Raspberry Mousse Lip Shine. It’s an extra sweet gift set for those who like a little foody, fruity sweet in their gifts.

Philosophy The CookBook ($35) is as traditional as cookies and milk for this Muse. I buy one almost every year for my sister to open on Christmas Eve. This year the tradition continues with a new cookbook featuring six Philosophy Three in One Shower Gels. Scents include Red Velvet Cake, Cinnamon Buns, Spicy Pear Cobbler, Pumpkin Spice Muffin, Gingerbread, and Double Cocoa plus no calories, loves it!

The Muse has already joined up with the dark side and indeed I can confirm we have cookies over here particularly the Philosophy Cookie Exchange Tin ($30) as that contains all types of cookie scented treats. Indulge in four Philosophy Shower Gels scented in Lemon Cookie, Oatmeal Raisin, Coconut Macaroon, and Chocolate Chip. Now we need some milk…..

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.
