Clarins Pro Palette Eyebrow Kit Review

The Muse is obviously in style this season considering bolder eyebrows are so in. Indeed, my brows are as unruly as a jungle habitat. My friend Mai tells me she’d killed for my brows…I’d kill to rid myself of them. I don’t feel so alone anymore as have you seen the brows on Paul Wesley aka Stefan Salvatore from Vampire Diaries. That kid got all kinds of hairy boldness going on above his eyes but he still manages to look sexy….I just look unkempt…must be his good genes or he’s using Clarins Pro Palette Eyebrow Kit to keep all it all in shape and together. It could happen right?

Clarins Pro Palette Eyebrow Kit 01

As for this Muse she got her hands on a Clarins Pro Palette Eyebrow Kit to test out. As if I need eyebrow powder to make these brows look at crazier than they already are right?

But readers who need to define brows and shape ’em up will rejoice as this handy little palette contains everything you need for getting unruly, thin, or troublesome eye brows in shape.

Check it after the jump!

Anyone with thinner eye brows can rejoice in this as it contains six essential grooming tools in one cool compact. You’ll get three eye powders (black, brown, and blonde) to shape and even out brows and you can even double up and use the black and brown shades as an eyeliner. You’ll also get a brow wax….’ello I so need this because my brows just won’t stay put. You’ll also get a beige pink eye shadow, double applicator for powder and wax application, an eyebrow brush, and mini tweezers. Basically it’s the Swiss Army Knife of brow kits.

I’ve been using the powders as liners as seriously these brows o’ mine do not need anything else added to their boldness and everything else is just cake. It’s a nice little kit for toting around with me if I need to pluck a stray hair, use a bit of wax to tame back the jungle, or just need a little freshening up on my highbrow area as I can brush on the pink to wake my eyes up.

At $35 it’s a rather great deal. It’s available now at your local Clarins or by visiting us.clarins.com

Anyone haul this yet?

Now this looks interesting. I’ll have to check the Canadian pricetag.. but that is a convenient little compact, especially with the spoolie and tweezers included.

Did you find the tweezers were good?

      hey nepenthe!

I find it’s great for tucking into my bag:-D kinda a swiss army knife for my brows. They are good for quickie touch ups but not good for a full tweeze action if you know what I mean. Too tiny for that but for a little grooming and stray hairs they are great!

Hi, It’s been a while since this post, but I hope you can help me!
I purchased the product on your recommendation and I the colour was PERFECT. I have jet-black hair and mixing the black and brown powders gave me a natural look. All of the the other products I’ve tried have come out too dark/harsh/black or else have a reddish undertone.

I ended up returning the Brow Kit, however, because I really didn’t like the wax. It balled up when I tried to load my brush and also balled up when I tried to apply it. When I went to Sephora, the consultant introduced me to the Smashbox Brow Tech wax, which has a delicious, easy-to-use texture.

After returning the Clarins Kit, I went to Sephora and bought the Lorac eyebrow kit, but am finding it to be too dark. Maybe I was too hasty in returning the Clarins kit. The Clarins colour was so good!

Do you think you can give me some application tips? Maybe I just don’t know how to use the Clarins wax. I need help! I accidentally singed off half of my eyebrow at New Years.

    Please help!

I use the “spoolie” eyebrow brush to apply the wax- works perfectly for me 🙂
