Etsy Musings: Mad Hatter Soap Company

It’s none to shocking that Alice, Wonderland, and the Mad Hatter are becoming quite the popular topic of cosmetics and beauty as of late. With the release of the film come March and a few fan girls (and boys) who actually read and loved the book, it shouldn’t come as any great surprise that the beauty (and possibly the fashion one too) world is cashing in on Wonderland.

Although I have yet to try it myself, I recently ran across a cute Etsy shop entitled Mad Hatter Soap Company.

Jump!

Mad Hatter Soap Company makes an array of hand soaps priced at $5. The company also makes bath and body items as well but is currently stocked low on such. The items all have a bit of a “Wonderland” theme and the cute packaging has a vintage feel featuring an image of the Mad Hatter.

Alice soap scented like Alices curious potion. A magical draught of sugared sweetness, childhood innocence, and fanciful Wonderland nonsense.

A fantastical blend of candied plums, sugared violets, sweet pomegranate, and sticky pink taffy softened by a delicate drop of delicious vanilla blossom.

Queen of Hearts is the scent of a mad Queens ungovernable passion and temperamental fury softened by a sensuous side of Victorian sensibilities.

An imperious blend of bergamot, spice, and warm frankincense sweetened with a passionate infusion of blackcurrants and a thorny drop of red Victorian rose.

I’m plotting a small order for myself at the moment as I really enjoy the cute packaging plus I’m a fan of the books so the novelty of the soaps is just to go to pass up.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I love the almond butter. It smells so good and my skin feels amazing. I am a big fan of L’Occitane lotions and I think I love this one even more!

These look interesting… I guess a cool thing about Hollywood making a movie based off one of my favorite books is that lots of cute related products come out… 🙂

agreed jonnie that’s the best part when a movie comes out all the crazy merchandise that pops up with it 🙂
