Wants It: Kat Von D High Voltage Eye Primer

Dude, I was at Sephora and seen that the Kat Von D line has been completely wiped of the liners and duo shadows. These are now guest starring on the sale rack so be sure to wander around the store for an end cap or a special display with the stealin’ and dealin’ that I scored online recently. Happy Days!

In other news, Kat Von D has a new eye primer in the works that should be available soon from Sephora.

Check it!

Kat Von D High Voltage Eye Primer is a mere $15 bucks and promises a lightweight, non greasy formula to smooth over your lid and prevent shadows from creasing.

Dunno how I feel about this one. I love the idea that they are expanding this line as I really enjoy the cosmetics released. On the other hand I’m such a die hard UDPP (Urban Decay Primer Potion) fan that I’m unsure if I’m interested in trying anything new, ya know?

What do you think?

Worthy of some haulage?

As much as I love KVD, I’m also someone who swears by UDPP…I probably won’t be switching soon. The mascara on the other hand…may have to try it out!

I think of Kat more for color rather than prepping. I’m not sure i would try this.

Ya I saw this the other days while wondering around in the kat Von d page. It says new item but not available…

The price tag look reasonable to swallow compare to those 20-30 ones.. And I love kat packaging… Just wanting for this to be officially up! Wat about u?

yea sizbelle prob not in stock yet and very much reasonable def wanna haul 🙂

I almost like the mascara – I’m thinking about taking it back in case I got a bad one? When I pull the wand out, I get tons of product, I have to scrape it on the edges, and a whole glop will go back in the tube. Its a creamy volumizing formula with a classic brush. I really like it but he glop thing is a no-likey.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance is my favorite (I prefer the squeeze tube packaging), although UDPP and Tarte’s shadow primer are just as good. The Kat von D tube looks cool, and the price is good, but I’d like to know how much product is in there too.

hi katherine tfsi was never a fav of mine but I love UDPP 😀 oooo I’ll update post with size, forgot about that!

Yes, I agree. I would love to try this primer and many other eyeshadow primers. But my heart is with UDPP. It has never done me wrong.

So I think as far as eyeshadow primers go, I will stick with what I know works.

I’m an UDPP girl too, but I might get this just to review it. I’m curious to see how it holds up to UDPP!
