Tarina Tarantino Sparklicity Pure Review and Swatches

The Muse has toned down her evil sparkly, shimmery ways but she recently couldn’t resist the temptation of purchasing some Tarina Tarantino Sparklicity Pure Shimmer Powder.

It’s kinda like smoking a fag isn’t it? You quit smoking but you’re never quite cured of the craving. The same goes for this Muse and sparkle. She quit it for a while but she can never really get over craving more of it.

This time she gave in.

Jump for the Tarina Tarantino Sparklicity Pure Review!

This comes in an elegant heavy glass jar and is quite vanity worthy. it’s a very pretty jar with a pink label that sports Tarina Tarantino name on the top.

You personally may not need a whole jar of sparkle but I know I need it! I sprinkle sparkle on my corn flakes in the morning dudes. Loves it!

The powder is a super silky fine shimmer. Not chunky glitter but very finely milled shimmery powder. It looks like crushed up pink diamonds in a jar, it’s very, very pretty. You can pretty much use it anywhere you want such as eyes, shoulders, face, anywhere you want a little sparkle and shimmer! The color is a soft baby pink infused with white and silver shimmer. It applies beautifully on lids alone or over another shadow if you like.

At $19 it’s very reasonable priced for the size and pretty packaging. Overall, if you’re a lover of shimmer you probably won’t be able to say no to Tarina Tarantino Sparklicity Pure.

Truly gorgeous.

Loves it!

Available now from Sephora.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. You know, there was a time in my life when I would have NEEDED this in my life (a friend once had to forbid me to wear glitter if I was coming to her house because she got fed up with trying to vaccum it out of the furniture!), but lately I am finding that I’m just not the glitterbug I once was. I hadn’t really noticed it until now. Pretty as it is, I am decidedly unmoved by this product. Huh.

    • the Muse

hey chelle same here not much of a glitterbug anymore myself…kinda saddened by that but also glad 😀

  • Paloma

I highly advise against putting shimmery stuff in your cereal……just sayin 😉

Oh Muse, I love that you too can’t stop the sparkle habit! As I get older I know its not “appropriate” to be glittering and sparkling all over (I fear I will look like I don’t know I’m 30 – OR -that I am a stripper) … but I can’t refrain from it. I have this weird subconscious magnetic pull to it – any makeup that glitters/sparkles/shimmers just attracts me – I have sparkle brain!

Hehehehehe – thanks for sharing/reviewing you crack me up!

    • the Muse

aw shucks thanks hun I’m so happy when I hear I make people laugh, that tickles me 😀

  • SilhouetteScreams

It looks very pretty, though I’ve personally seen the same thing from indie mineral makeup companies for half the price 🙂

    • the Muse

hey silhouette I have to disagree hun, I’ve never seen anything like this from etailers, it’s very very gorgeous and not like anything I’ve had the pleasure of seeing from mineral sellers online 😀
