Next Up At Target: Zac Posen for Target Collection

Although I’m not a fashion blog I like to post a bite or two about it from time to time. Here’s one to share with the Target fan base.

Next up at Target is the limited edition Zac Posen for Target Collection. Target has partnered with designer Zac Posen to create a limited edition fashion line that will hit your local shop on April 25th. The collection will feature affordably priced woman’s apparel that includes outerwear and swim wear.

Jump!

“Zac Posen brings larger-than-life style to his Target collection, creating a covetable line with a modern edge,” said Trish Adams, senior vice president, Target. “We are excited to share his extraordinary talent with our guests, providing accessible off-the-runway fashion at great prices.”

The Zac Posen Target Collection will feature fresh takes on some of the iconic pieces that have sculpted the Zac Posen brand with a focus on dresses and strong prints plus Target’s first designer full-length gown (wonder how that will sell?).

Expect to see flirty floral prints, exposed zippers and large bows with chiffon ruffles and pleats to bring a retro eights look and feel to the line. Swimwear isn’t immune to the retro rewind as it’ll also get a touch of it with bandeau halter tops. Tees, knit wear, and summer dresses will round off the collection that is priced from $16.99 to $199 which will be available until May 30th.

I absolutely adored the Liberty of London for Target Collection and hauled several pieces. Not sure about the Zac Posen Collection but will enjoy exploring to see what appeals.

I’m super excited about this one, and have my eye on that gown, which really looks more like a summery maxi dress. And I too hauled several of the Liberty pieces!

I’m still smarting from missing out on the $60 trench coat from the John Paul Gaultier Go! Collection… It was sold out online by 4 am! And then the reports of people buying up all the coats at stores to sell them on eBay (last I checked there were still a few going for a huge mark up).

If you see something you like, get on it fast!

tango aw! I want the LOL one but sadly the largest size just wasn’t doing it for my wobbly body GRRR! sheesh that happened with Domo! gawd!

Aw hells yes, Target is notorious for selling out fast on stuff! all the LOL totes disappeared in a flash D:

I love the designer Target lines. Recently I’ve hauled a Jean Paul Gaultier dress and a Liberty of London dress (sadly most of that line was ill-fitting on my curvy yet petite body). I really wanted to haul some Rodarte stuff but I missed the window of opportunity.

hey bonnie 😀 I got a LOL dress too, quite pretty but yes I’m quite wobbly and some of the styles weren’t so flattering. The shirts were nice. Very flowing and boho, I got two that fit nicely. They had sizes up to 18 on some of the stuff which was a surprise!

I went to the sample sale when they had this in NYC. I spent so much! I got two skirts, a jumpsuit, and a swimsuit. Hee. I wanted to get the leather jacket but they were too big.
