Bourjois Paris Gloss Rose Exclusif

Oy vey, I dunno if I can take much more of these “perfect shade of pink” lipglosses but since it’s Bourjois, I’ll give it a chance!

Jump!

Yes, yes PH level, body chemistry, perfect shade of color, yada, yada, yada….it’s a tad too over isn’t it now? But for Bourjois Paris Gloss Rose Exclusif I’ll make an exception but don’t expect too many more favors like this because I’m not sure how long my tolerance for “mood” lipgloss will last!

Do we really need to go into it?

Ok, if you insist, but don’t say I didn’t warn you about the rerun!

A transparent gloss which reacts with your natural PH level to create the perfect shade of pink for your lips, groan, but still doesn’t really take much away from the fact that I wants it. I want to see if Bourjois does it differently than anyone else, you know, I need it for scientific reasons and such, not because I want the perfect shade of pink lips…never that!

Whatcha think?

Tired of the perfect gloss shade gimmick?

Still in it for more?

Share it!

I laugh every time makeup manufacturers claim their gloss can give me the perfect shade of pink. It seems that they just all turn a very similar shade of bright pink… but maybe that is THE perfect shade. I don’t really know. Either way, I love me some Bourjois. I’m sad I can no longer get my Bourjois fix at Sephora.

    • the Muse

LOL melissa yes agreed and yea maybe that’s THEE perfect shade of pink and we aren’t in the know haha! I love me some BP and damn do I miss it at Sephora sigh. Grab it from ASOS if you are desperate 😀 at least they have flat rate airmail!

    • RonyaLii

prefect pink shade definatly is not for me . 🙂 the best i can wear is pale baby pink

  • RonyaLii

quick offtopic question – which team youre in – Horde or Alliance ? :p

    • the Muse

I actually play both ronya 😀 but I prefer horde…just something ’bout being evil lol but alliance zones seem always funnier!

  • Appu

I’ve tried Smashbox o-gloss…it does turn my lips pink but the pink doesn’t stay so long sadly 🙁 This might be good considering its Bourjois…I saw it at Ulta about a month back…haven’t tried it though 🙂

    • the Muse

      • Appu

Yeah…they had about 5-6 pieces even when I went on Sunday 🙂 …no testers though boo 🙁 I might pick it up this week 🙂

        • the Muse

cheers appu! I’d have never know and went and purchased on ASOS with high airmail 😛 thanks babe!

    Welcome back Muse!!

Meh.. I am so over the changing lip gloss, they all turn out this horrid barbie pink on me.

    • the Muse

hey joella! thanks hun how are you!? 😀 did I miss any good qvc hauls while away!? ahh you aren’t alone i get told that ALOT

  • Darija

hey muse!yes,I’m also tired of every company claiming that their lipgloss has the perfect shade of pink.but I must say I’m a big Bourjois fan so I guess I’ll be trying this, hope it gets to our drugstores soon.

    • the Muse

darija my sentiments all the way 😀 hate all the color turning technology but def love me some bp! 😀

  • Charmaine

Hi Musey dear! Hope your little vaca was refreshing:-)

I used to buy ‘mood’ lippies from the drugstore when I was still in gradeschool, they were A LOT cheaper, too! But I’m annoyed that things haven’t changed as far as telling people that it will be a shade ‘just right for you, and ONLY you,’ – um, NO! Since they all work the same way it’s gonna change into that horrid shade of neon pink no matter what. The ones from my teenage years that I’m thinking of in particular would NOT come off for DAYS, talk about embarrassing, lol!

I consider too, to try this gloss… but i really fear that the color turns to one of these ugly bright pinks, i hate to wear.

Absoutely love Bourjois, but im not sure of this gloss 🙁

  • Natasha

I really love this product, it gives me a gorgeous bright oink, similar to that of benefit’s back to the fuschia (without the heavier price tag) and on my mum it gave a really soft rose-y pink which looked fab on her, I am still not really sure, though, how pH’s can be sooo different (on individuals lips) to make a difference but I do like it as a gloss anyway 🙂 love all your reviews muse! 🙂 x

I love this product, it has a good staying power and gives me a great colour! My friend tried it too but the colour payoff on her lips wasn’t as great, so it does change!
