Smashbox Masquerade Collection: Smashbox Fall Collection 2010

Hey there!

Although we already discussed the Smashbox Fall Collection 2010, I thought I’d take a sec to update the info for you with the release dates, colors, and pricing!

The Smashbox Masquerade Collection will be available as of August 2010.

A fantasy of illusion. Intrigue. Mystery. Desire. Who’s behind the mask? To reveal or disguise is up to you. Smashbox Cosmetics invites you to intoxicate and seduce the senses with the Masquerade Collection, a labyrinth of provocative hues with entrancing allure for eyes, cheeks, and lips. Just remember—things aren’t always as they seem. . .

  • Smashbox Masquerade Eye Shadow Palette in Masquerade $35

Create the illusion of a lit-from-within glow with this palette of shimmering shades, designed to illuminate cheeks, nose, forehead and écolleté. For the perfect cheek, pair with Creamy Cheek Color and Brush.

  • Smashbox Masquerade Creamy Cheek Color and Brush in Intrigue $29

(Warm Pink)
Formulated with antioxidant Vitamin E, this luxurious creamy cheek color will give cheeks a “just blushed” look—the perfect innocent disguise. Glide the creamy formula over the apples of cheeks, then blend with the brush for a flawless pop of color.

  • Smashbox Masquerade Liquid Liner and Lash Overlay in Teal and Bronze $19

Cloak eyes in an air of mystery with this innovative two-in-one formula for lash line and lashes. Just line the eyes and then sweep the specially designed rod over a coat of mascara to “tip” the ends of lashes for a subtle yet intriguing look.

  • Smashbox Masquerade Lip Enhancing Gloss in Reveal and Disguise $19

(Golden Nude, Golden Pink)
What’s behind that provocative pout? This ultra-moisturizing formula saturates lips with alluring color and shine. Vitamin E provides antioxidant protection and moisturization, while Sunflower seed oil nourishes lips.

  • Smashbox O-Gloss Noir $22 (Exclusive to Sephora)

This disguise transforms before your very eyes—the sultry lip formula glides on black, then evolves into a custom bold berry hue tailored to your specific skin tone. Formulated with Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract and Goji Berry Extract to boost microcirculation as well as moisturizing Avocado Oil antioxidant Vitamin C and Pomegranate Seed Oil, O-Gloss Noir interacts with your personal skin chemistry to create a shade that’s unique to you.

What do you think?

I find the collection very tasteful and elegant for Fall! I want to try out O-Gloss Noir and of course the eye palette looks stunning.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I really want to try the O-Gloss Noir- the original didn’t change color at all on me, so I’d love to see if this one does. I’ve had great luck with the Too Faced Mood Swing glosses, but not with O-Gloss, Avon’s version, or the Dior balm. So strange!

I swear that palette looks familiar to me, but I can’t figure out why. Has Smashbox done a similar palette in the past?
