MAC A Tartan Tale Naughty Little Vices Nail Lacquer Set Review and Swatches

Honestly, I def do not need to tell you AGAIN that I’m not a nail girl right? But I get my hands on sets like the MAC Naughty Little Vices Nail Lacquers and proceed to tell myself, “Damn, you need to become a nail girl like yesterday dude…”

Well, wow, this set is awesome and all the nail girls will want in for sure.

Check it!

I wish I was some creative nail guru because you can obviously create some super awesome look with the colors included in this set.

The set includes five MAC Nail Lacquers in 0.09 oz sizes in a plaid keepsake tin. The plaid design on the tin mimics the shades inside. You get Beyond Jealous (deep forest green), Asiatique (cherry red), Nocturnelle (black), Vintage Vamp (blood red), and Vice is Nice (metallic gold).

Count me wrong but I can easily see the set selling out quickly since this is the first time I’ve seen MAC doing a nail set.

Shades all work well together and I imagine those with a creative good nature will be able to do some fierce looking plaid nail looks or graduating designs. I’m personally not that person sadly but I hope you enjoy the brief look at these polishes.

Is this set on your wishy list?

This set releases with the rest of the MAC A Tartan Tale starting November. For more details see my original post.

I’m working late tonight as you can see but I’m finally leaving! Off to grab a bit of dinner and a late night movie with my geek in arms, Martin. What are you up to tonight or for the weekend? I got haunted plans for the weekend and can’t wait to finally get out of here tonight!

Keep warm and have fun no matter where you are! See you Monday with more on MAC Holiday and other goodies.

Love you!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

Beyond Jealous looks really pretty! Sorta looks like one of the colors I got last week (OPI Dark Room)

Gonna head over my friend Kat’s house this weekend and start planning our Halloween party/our outfits 🙂 Thinking of doing something with Gaga 😀

So glad to get a close-up look at these polishes ….. I have to get this set anyway just for the can and it’s good to know that I actually like the polishes too! ;-D

LOL i’m a “nail girl” with over 200 nail polishes and suprisingly none of these polishes interest me. I guess since i have so many colors like this in my collection. What i can’t wait for are the Pigment sets and the palettes! 🙂

Hey Muse, does the lid of the tin come off or is it a flip-lid? Also, do you think it’s tall enough to store lipglasses? I wish they sold the tin separately, its SO pretty!!
