Meet Bobbi Brown at Macy’s Herald Square on November 7th!

I’ve been wanting to meet Bobbi Brown for ages. I recently had a great chance to when I was invited to a Teen Vogue party and my plans proceeded to all fall down around me when I got stuck at my office until late.

I know if I met her we’d be BBF foreverz! Calling each other up, doing each others hair, talking about boys, having sleep overs, the whole nine yards!

Ok, maybe that wouldn’t happen….damn. I can dream.

No seriously, I’ve really wanted to meet Bobbi Brown for a very long time as she seems like such an interesting person I’d love to sit down with her and just ask her about makeup. You know psychiatrist style, “So Bobbi, I have really dark circles…what can I do? And how about getting flawless coverage?” The closest I’ve come was during her Twitter Q&A Sessions.

If you’ve felt like you HAD to meet Bobbi now is your chance.

Bobbi Brown will be at Macy’s Herald Square on November 7th from 12 to 2 pm located on 34th Street. Yes, there will be a Miracle on 34th this year and it comes in the form of Bobbi Brown. She’ll be signing copies of her new Beauty Rules Book plus you can receive a makeup lesson and personalized face chart, sadly not from Bobbi, but her makeup artists are happy to help and hey, maybe you can sneak a question or two while Bobbi signs your book yay?

Again, real life intervenes and I am unable to make this event. I must have angered the makeup Gods to be treated so shabbily in cases of Bobbi Brown meet ups! They are somehow preventing me from actually seeing her. Perhaps they are scared I’ll embarrass myself and stutter when in her presence.

If you go, take pics?

Call 212-695-4400 to reserve your space!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Years ago after I had finished taking my SATs, I went to the mall with my mom and they were giving makeovers…my mom loved to hand me over to people and watch what they did to my face (b/c she never liked anyone doing her makeup). Anyway, that day they were doing makeovers at the Laura Mercier counter. While they were making me over, Laura came out and insisted on finishing up my face. As she’s doing my makeup, she says, “I bet you are so surprised I came by to finish your look, non?” I said “Um-hum”, while thinking to myself how I had no clue who this woman was since I’d never heard of her. Mind you, this was about 10 years ago!
Anyway, just thought I’d share a story with you about meeting a makeup artist! 🙂

omg Miss D so awesome ;-D Ha I’d totally freak out if that happened to me :D!!!!!!!!!! how did the finished look come out!?

Oh, the finished look came out fine…she really finished the point makeup (eyes and blush). It was the foundation that sucked. The girl who began the look gave me a pale vanilla color of foundation that I felt made me look a little ill. But yeah, Laura did my eyes nice and she herself was very nice too! 🙂
