Maybelline Color Sensational Reds and Pinks Collection

Maybelline has a Color Sensational Reds and Pinks Collection. Although I’m not a huge fan of Color Sensational formula I do like when new shades pop up particularly in displays like this as they warrant a look at since some are rather special.

I didn’t indulge in any of these but there are some very nice shades of pink available that might warrant a purchase.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. The bottles on top are nail polishes right? The 3rd color, the one that has a purple sticker on the top looks sooooo pretty! ;D

I’m liking the Color Sensational lipsticks. I’m not a fan of Revlon Super Lustrous though. I have dry easily chapped lips lately and the Maybelline Color Sensational lippies glide on easily and feel hydrating. Revlon’s version feels a little thicker and dryer to me and I only tried one of the Rimmel Moisture Renew lippies but that one was too thin- the color looked streaky because the formula was too thin and glossy. To be fair it was one of the darkest purples they have so maybe with a lighter color it’d look better.
I feel like the Goldilock’s of drugstore lipsticks, lol.
