100% Pure Luminous Primer Vitamins + Antioxidants with Resveratrol Review

Today is the best day to review 100% Pure Luminous Primer Vitamins + Antioxidants with Resveratrol because…it’s on sale!

100% Pure is selling it at 50% for the next 48 Hours so it’s a mere $13 bucks (originally $26) at

Let’s take a look and see what I think of it!

A primer infused with red wine resveratrol, vitamins, and antioxidants, this primer protects the skin from free radical damage while light reflective pigments give the skin an instant glow by diffusing the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

100% Pure Luminous Primer Vitamins + Antioxidants with Resveratrol not only preps skin for makeup but also contains red wine resveratrol, vitamins, and antioxidants for anti-aging benefits. The primer protects skin against free radicals while offering a hydrating, luminous base for your makeup.

I have drier skin so I absolutely love this one as it’s a thicker gel-like cream which absorbs easily and offers a moisturizing finish. My dry skin can use all the help it can get and this offers extra moisturizing properties and creates a smooth, instantly hydrated finish for my base products. The primer has a pearlish, iridescent look to it which should offer illuminating properties but it absorbs rather quickly into my skin and just leaves behind a dewy glow but not so much a brighter or luminous look.

The primer comes in a pump packaging which actually works. This type of packaging worries me as sometimes the pump exceeds at squirting out enough product to prime a nation but this pumps out just the right amount without over doing it.

The natural, paraben formula should appeal to those who want a greener makeup experience, the moisturizing finish is ideal for those with drier skin, and the anti-aging benefits, well, that one is a given for everyone!

No bad here…!

  • Those with drier skin!
  • Those wanting an all in one primer that preps skin for makeup as well as provides anti-aging benefits and protects skin from free radicals.
  • Those wanting a lightweight yet highly moisturizing primer.

  • Those with oil skin (this may prove a little too moisturizing if you already have oily skin).

100% Pure Luminous Primer Vitamins + Antioxidants with Resveratrol has been my primer of choice for the past several weeks and I’ll be picking up a back up with it on sale today! This one was a great hydrating primer which prepped my skin for makeup and kept my BB Cream looking fresh and flawless throughout the day. I loved how easily it absorbs and how it made my skin dewy to the touch but not greasy or oily. The added benefits of the paraben-free formula and promise of anti-aging benefits makes it an even better pick for me. The only thing that worries me is how well it’ll work on those with larger pores and oily skin as the lack of silicons and mattifying properties may be a problem for those with these issues as I am reviewing this based on my own drier skin!

Hi.. Really appreciate all the reviews you’re doing here! Am looking for a primer that evens out my skin tone. (Something akin to Makeup Forever’s HD Microperfecting Primer, but preferably with a gentler price tag.) Any suggestions?

How does it compare to the Tarte Recreate Silicone Free primer which I love but is always sold out at Sephora? This maybe my backup.

Hi! I almost bought one of the 100% Pure day creams yesterday but held off due to the price/small bottle ratio. I thought it was a bit high priced for such a small bit of cream…

Sounds like you do like the primer, what has been your experience with any of the creams? Basically I’m looking for only organic or natural creams…

    Thanks a bunch-!
