Dior Garden Party Makeup Collection for Spring 2012

Jeepers I’m glad I’m a blogger sometimes as it must be hell working in public relations or on print articles and have to contend with Spring 2012 in the middle of Fall 2011.

But indeed today Dior Garden Party Makeup Collection for Spring 2012 makes an appearance.

Dior Garden Clutch

  • Milly Garden (silver/pinks)
  • Granville Garden (green/peach)

Dior 5 Couleurs Palette Garden Edition (Two Shade Selections)

Dior Vernis Garden Party (scented with rose)

Dior Rosy Glow
A perfect shade of blush that relies on individual body heat to change to the perfect shade of pink.

Dior Ultra Addict Gloss

  • Rose Mondain
  • Lilas Party
  • Rose Pretty

I find it funny Dior is going the “perfect shade of blush” route but overall, I must say, that Dior Garden Party is a very intriguing collection. It’s been a while since I’ve been excited about a Dior Collection and this one has my attention.

What do you think?

This info was taken from British Beauty Blogger who is located in the UK so colors, products, and release is subject to change once it releases in the US but I will update you when I have information about the collection from our side of the pond.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

Those palettes are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! They are almost too pretty too use!!!

Can’t wait for my Friends & Family discount from Sephora… I need to get my shopping fix 😉

    • Heather

The newest reports are that there is no friends and family. Unless you get a direct invite code from a sephora employer.

      • the Muse

weird heather why would the bother putting up a website with sephora.com/friends than?

      • Sonya

just follow the link (sephora.com/friends), enter your email, and it will give you the code instantly. you might need to sign up if you’re not already a beautyinsider though.

  • Kelly

Wow, for once I feel tempted by Dior! Very pretty colors, cute designs…yes please.

  • Sarah S.

WOW. Not a fan of Dior eyeshadows but when I saw the rose embossing my jaw dropped!

  • Joyce

LOL does anyone watch The Office? They recently had an episode titled Garden Party. With that in mind, I can’t take this collection as seriously chic as Dior intended!! xP

but omg. Everything looks so beautiful. Makes me SO excited to see what everyone else is bringing out for Spring 2012!

  • Christina

Oh wow! Those palettes are so pretty! The floral embossing and colours are right up my alley! I’ve never been excited about Dior makeup, but this definitely has caught my attention. Thanks for sharing this!

  • kimkats

It’s all very pretty, but I am just not a fan of pastels, at least on me. 🙂 This is gorgeous stuff, tho!! Too pretty to use almost, which I suspect is part of the whole plot to get us to spend may sheckels on it and then not use it, so we have to buy something we will use….

    It’s a communist plot, I tell you! 😀

  • Zoelarue

I am purring with excitement! The five shadow sets are amazing. Love those greens!

  • Tammie

I am feeling you Muse! I haven’t been this excited about a release in a while, especially from Dior (which used to be my go-to makeup)!

I need to start saving up, I have to have the first pictured clutch, the purple quint (maybe green too), possibly a nail polish, the blush and maybe the middle lip gloss!!

    • the Muse

tammie def..it’s been a while since I got hyped for Dior and this is simply love!

      • Tammie

Yes, totally love!! If I had the money I’d buy every piece, even the things I wouldn’t use that much haha.

  • Sarah

Ok..Im pretty sure I need most of this collection in my life. Such a tease muse 😉

  • Asuka

I hope the quality of these will match their looks – they are all very tempting!! 🙂

  • Leticia Gallardo

Believe me when I tell you that I just orgasm-ed all over myself over this collection, my bank account and future earnings have just been garnished by it lol

  • TokyoChel

Omg those eyeshadow palettes are so beautiful I wouldn’t want to use them and ruin the lovely flower patterns!

  • Majick

[email protected]$#! I have successfully navigated the shark infested waters of Dior, using only DiorSHow (and have given that up for Tarte) and one of their perfumes.
I am going to be hardpressed not to buy one of the clutches. they are gorgeous! BUt… do I go natch or grey? UGh, the decisions.

  • Majick

Oh, I’m loving the 5 color palette with the green but the “rose scented” thing threw me off. I’ve been having more and more problems with scent these days. (thanks so much Tide, Gain, and BBW to name a few). :-\ oh well…

  • Steph.

Wowsa. That is some sort of gorgeous. I’ll definitely be looking out for this come spring!

  • sukipooki

Everything looks great! Im really loving the creme pink lipgloss and the blush!!! <3

  • Noniek

Aww the palette are so cute! I think I won’t use it, only for keeping 😉

  • Melissa

I wonder if the eye shadow formula is the same as always. I love how dior shadows apply but they make me itchy and itchy eyes is no bueno.

  • divinem (Melissa)

How did I miss this?! Two of those palettes WILL be mine: Milly Garden and Garden Pastels Harmony. SOOOO pretty! I want the green polish, too. 😎

  • Jes

Oooh. That first shadow palette is going to be my reason for putting a temporary stop on my spending for the rest of the year. I have forever been trying to find a replacement for Lancome’s 2006 Spring eye quad:

    Is this the answer???
