Tarte Glossed Over PureOptic Lipgloss Collection Tarte Eye Candy Waterproof Cream Shadow Collection

I teased you with the new QVC Tarte Exclusive Sets last week and now I finally have some images to share. I’m not sure when these are airing on QVC but I imagine it’ll be next week during the Tarte premiere. Each set is exclusive to QVC and available for a limited time.

Tarte Glossed Over PureOptic Lipgloss Collection $29

Tarte Eye Candy Waterproof Cream Shadow Collection $29

As soon as I have more info about when the sets will air I’ll be updating you. The great thing about the set is the variety and larger sizes as the gloss set contains eight glosses and the shadow set contains six pencils.

Sweet right?

I’m quite excited about these sets!

    Hey Muse,
I’m soooo super excited for these new sets. I saw your post the other
day for the cream shadows 4 pack and quickly ordered it from QVC.
Do you know if the emphasyes are the same formulation as the smoldereyes. They currently have a 6 piece pencil set at Sephora and Tarte.com but they are smoldereyes and not emphaseyes.

    • the Muse

I’m not sure hun! I haven’t actually tried the ones in this post. But if they are as creamy as the emphaeyes I’ll be very happy indeed! I’ll be reviewing the gloss set shortly and as soon as it pops up on QVC will be ordering the eye shadow pencils 🙂

Hello Crissylex, The Smoldereyes Pencils are really meant to be used as eyeliners as they set very quickly. It is hard to blend these out to cover the entire lid and some of these also have fine glitter in them that travels. The colors are really nice but some are metallic as well. The Amazonian Clay cream shadows are perfect for lining and full lid application and stay on all day. I own every product Tarte makes and these are a fav. I also have some of the shadows in stick form ( coming soon to QVC- thanks Muse) and those are the best. Brilliant for make up application at 5am!!!

=O =O =O =O omg girlie these looks even better then i imagined!!!

not sure which set i am more excited for bc i love the glosses & sticks. i’m gonna pass on the set of 4 cream shadows for these sticks instead.

i can hug the tarte employees for making such incredible sets this year. so so stoked- thank u for posting pics!!! now, i stalk qvc.com every day until they are on the way 0=)

    • the Muse

I think that’s a right proper choice d! as I def like these alot more ;-D my pleasure hun! as soon as they go live on QVC i’ll post deets!

      • diane

i have 2 of the 4 colors in the cream set also- the moss and plum so it didn’t pay to get them. this set + the lip surgence is gonna keep me set in lip stuff until next Christmas (or until something else cool comes out lol)

        • the Muse

ha d you know that’s not true…it’ll only last until the next big thing in gloss and shadow comes out which will prob be a two months, tops ;D!

          • diane

haha. i know. i keep telling myself i will start behaving. i was good w/splitting the last 2 tarte auto deliveryies- selling the stuff i didn’t truly need/want in it. thats a step for me. haha. 0=)

my ends up tossed in the makeup graveyard, seriously need to start swapping this stuff away!

I bought the smolderEYES Holiday collection of 6 liners that is only $39 (plus I got a 20% off sale price) from Tarte’s website. That beats the QVC price for 3 of these liners for $38. So Tarte’s site is often a much better deal. It looks like these are close to the same colors and since the smolderEYES are chubby liners and the colors so close, I doubt I buy the shadow set. I got the Stila set months ago on a sale so unfortunately, these two QVC items aren’t that impressive to me. Now, the brush set on Tarte’s website…well that’s another story.

Ooohhhh, I can’t wait! I have the one that is second from the right that is part of a Sephora set (I think people are confusing these with the other liners/shadow sticks). I love mine! It’s my go-to for a quick look. It blends out super easily with my finger and shade wise it’s almost exactly like UD’s YDK. I have oily lids that are a little hooded so I do lightly dusk some YDK on top of it to set it (slightly creases on me even with UDPP).

  • Joan

Can’t wait for the shadow sticks. I’m not sure about the lipgloss set, though. Tarte is on QVC Sunday, 11/6 and Tuesday, 11/8. Hope to catch all the shows so I don’t miss out. Would also love to see some new Amazonian Clay Blush shades in matte finishes.

  • JenJ

Yooooooowza!!!!!! I’m not a big fan of the glosses (and i need more lip gloss like i need another hole in my head) but like the shadow sticks! Both sets are a awesome value.

  • Majick

The shadow sticks are new and the colors look great. I’m not really a fan of this type of shadow delivery because I think they tend to tug a little on my aging eyes. Then again, I don’t have problems with powder shadow staying on most of the day.

I have so many glosses that I swore I was not buying a single one this season. I did however pick up 3 lip pencils from UD and a lipstick from Hourglass in Raven (nice red orange).

  • Sheryl

Mother of God! I need both of these in my life, plus now I can buy the Lipsurgence set now that I know they’re different.
