Proactiv Refining Mask Review

Proactiv Refining Mask is a deep cleansing sulfur face mask that helps to deep clean and minimize pores.

I tried a sulfur mask from one of my favorite brands a few years ago and holy cow it smelled awful, rotten eggs anyone?

Surprisingly enough this mask has a fresh floral scent, seriously, for something that contains a ton of sulfur I expected it to smell super bad so I was surprised.

I’m suffer from drier skin and not a ton of problems with spots or acne but this is a nice way to clear up any issues should they rise up and obviously a great one should you have battle with acne daily.

Proactiv was kind enough to send over a sample for me to try out and I gave it a whirl because I’m pretty much up for trying out anything new in the skincare world. Love beauty but skincare junkie I happen to be as well!

This is a creamy mask that you can apply all over your skin and leave on for 10 minutes proceeding to rinse after the time is up. I held off using it until I had skin issues that skin issue happened to be a breakout on my jaw line from holding a phone against my face all day explaining and re-explaining a return premium to a client of mine ugh!

This didn’t clear up my problem completely but it did try up the spots I had and I followed up with a little Proactiv Treatment Gel and I was go to go. Didn’t have to whip out a band aid and plead to people that I really was hiding a scratch under it and not a big old pimple!

Got spots?
