Lunasol Glowing Powder Cheeks Pure Coral Swatches

Lunasol has introduced two new boxed powders a la Benefit for Spring 2012.

Glowing Powder Cheeks is available in a coral and pink version and launched in Japan just recently. I was intrigued by these as they sported the same packaging as Benefit plus the “glowing” sold me as I assumed they have a gorgeous shimmer or perhaps a glowing, highlighted finished.

Take a look!

I’m busy testing this now but here’s a swatch!

Review is on the way.

What do you think?

I got mine directly from Japan but I believe Imomoko.com is stocking Lunasol Spring 2012.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. It looks absolutely beautiful and I was about to go buy one immediately, but it’s $50 on the imomoko website. YIKES. At that rate I might as well be buying Chanel!

agreed, my jaw dropped. are these any better than the Me Me Me because they look a lot alike but the MMM are way cheaper

Yowza ! Is this brand really that expensive or Imomoko takes a huuuuge cut ? How much is it if it’s bought directly in Asia ? I’d rather ask my friend who lives there to pick it up for me.

Thanks Muse ! Wow, looking at he quality of the packaging, I didn’t expect it to be that expensive. It’s in the range of Jill Stuart, which has the most beautiful packaging ! But the color swatch is really awesome. Any dupes you can think of ?

Oh so pretty! The shimmer reminds me of elf’s Glow blush (only $1) but a darker tint. If only it wasn’t so pricey I’d be so tempted XD
