Sleek Makeup Glow Face & Body Highlighter Review & Swatches

Ready, Set, Glow!

Sleek Makeup Glow Face & Body Highlighter hits the beauty budget world in UK in three shades for Summer glowing goodness.

Take a peek!

Sleek Makeup Glow Face & Body Highlighter is a newly launched highlighter in three shades that contain light reflecting mica pigments to illuminate skin with a gorgeous glow just in time for Summer!

The palette is made up of five shimmering color bars that can be swirled together to create a single glowing shade. You can use the powder on face, cheeks, body, or even on lids as an eyeshadow. The powder is fairly shimmery but also has a nice metallic edge that sculpts cheek bones with a contoured finish and look.

This one is challenging to use so leave your heavy hand behind and go gently during application, I recommend a fan brush for the amateurs out there (raises hand! like me!). The powder is silky fine with a good deal of pigment which proves delightful as each of the shades works a treat as an eyeshadow if you so please.

I tried out the lightest shade selection, Peach Shimmer, perfect for my medium fair skin this one gives a golden peachy bronze finish which strips of color that include a white gold, tan, bronze, golden peach, and golden peachy pink. You can go darker if you like with their other shades selections in Bronze Baby and Gold Digga.

This one isn’t for the faint of heart as it pops hard and you need a lighter hand for application and a little expertise with highlighting application, if you have both this is a fabulous little highlighter for Summer.

Hello Ms. Muse! Sorry I haven’t commented for a while…new job and all. Anyway, do you have any handy tutorials or recommendations for highlighting/bronzing? I barely get how to put on blush and whenever I see face sculpting or palettes with blush/bronzer/highlighter I feel like I have to duck and cover in fear and intimidation. If you have any advice, please help me cure my fear of highlighters and bronzers?

Also, have you seen the new tokidoki we love london palette? When I saw it, you and your blog popped into my head… ^_^
